Unbelievable!!!
Having a Hx of melanoma (my husband) and months away for the next dermatology appointment (and no dermatologist services to speak of in our state), I cannot be more grateful for this service.
It took only a few minutes to get a response!!!
The response was clear and exact and freed us of an alarming situation. We still were strongly advised to follow up with a live assessment and were told in the kindest way that we are not totally freed of a possible cancer outcome but if so most likely not melanoma. The teaching and follow up instructions are more than we ever received from the local dermatology office! Truly impressed and the doc who reviewed our case. WOW! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Resubmission didn’t work
Paid for a doc review and was told the image was too blurry. Resubmission didn’t work.
Excellent service
Fast, professional, courteous and efficient. Saw something on our daughter that was of concern over the holidays. No way we could get an appointment to see a dermatologist any time soon but this app made it easy to assess the mole and determine it is harmless after the doctor had a look. What a great service and model. And on top of that it’s incredibly affordable. Hooray for telemedicine!

I have yet to get this mole checked by a dermatologist, but the doctor on this app recommends that I see one. This could save a life, maybe mine!

App deleted
I have deleted the App as after scanning a mole I had concerns about I scanned several others I had for years and they were all “concerning “. I then scanned a table mat with mark on it-( not concerning), but when I scanned a scar (no moles in pic), that was also concerning. I fear this App is exists to prey on peoples fears so that they request a doctors opinion - which you have to pay for!

Inconclusive every time
Every time scanned and result was inconclusive. £21 for a doctors opinion. No thanks

Stupid
I scanned my wall and this app said it was 80% positive to have cancer. Scanned it again and it was 90%. How messed up to screw with people and their health

I had a check up at a dermatologist after this app said my spot was possibly concerning. I did wait and tried again months later It came back again.
I just received the results of a biopsy and was diagnosed with melanoma.

Sense of relief
I can’t speak for the AI part as it came back “inconclusive” for me and suggested a dermatology consult, which I paid for. I don’t know why there are so many complaints about this. $29 is an absolute steal to have an actual dermatologist evaluate your area of concern within hours. I’d bypass the AI part and pay for that alone. Ultimately they said it was probably benign but, of course, I’ll be following up with a local dermatologist to confirm. It gave me a lot of relief while having to wait weeks for an in-person appointment though.
