  • Worse than the old app

You guys need to revise this app and fix all the major issues. The navigation is terrible it has sent me to completely wrong addresses you should add an option to switch gps. This new app does not optimize the map properly example: next stop attempts to sends you to a stop 10 to 20 mins away when there are other stops much closer in your current location. It does not have a refresh button either ( at least not for iphone users) fix this app asap is making our job much harder than before the old app was fine if something aint broke dont fix it!!
  • Terrible

terrible - app developers must work hard
does not synchronize at the time of delivery

Consume muchos datos, no avisa para más de un paquete, no sincroniza a tiempo.
    App lenta
  • Needs more improvement

Great improvement on getting rid of the automatic zoom out that was very annoying and fixing the fetching items too. However, there’s a new issue, blue dots still active even though the package has been delivered. Then we have to do it manually which is also annoying and I’m not talking about 1 package, at least 4-5 packages.
  • Garbage

    Garbage it ain’t worth it
  • Horrible revision

This “new” app is much worse than the original. It has potential to do many things that the old app couldn’t do, but I am not surprised that before pushing everyone to use it, it wasn’t properly checked for flaws and the most important thing....that it actually works. Everyone be forewarned that it does not accurately show delivered stops and some stops after u go through the delivery process are actually not confirmed in the system and have to be delivered again. I have a novel idea.....create an app and have groups of delivery personnel across our service areas to beta test it, give real time feedback, make necessary changes, and publish an app that actually does the job it’s intended to do. It’s making our job harder instead of easier, and it’s frustrating to say the least.
  • Gps

It doesn’t use the phone GPS that means you need the app open to use it and that mean it kills your battery.
  • An improvement?

While this app does many things that I wished the last app did, it is still quite flawed, at least as of now. Having many issues with its ability to stay connected to the company server. Which seems to make dispatches job much more difficult. In addition it driving directions do not progress with the route. When you click on directions for a stop it doesn’t give you directions to that stop but instead directs you back to the starting point. It would also be nice to have the shippers name listed on the stop, so you’re not searching through all the customers to find one in particular. I do however see the potential for this app to make deliveries much easier. Keep working on it you guys are going in the right direction.

    Can’t map heavier routes
Can’t see mls if you do pharmacy
Can’t edit map until after you load scan and number your packages
If you have over 100 packages editing the map is utterly useless unless you want to click and drag past 100 packages without simultaneously being able to look at the map
Packages with earlier delivery times completely ruin your map as it directs you to deliver a package by a current time (even though there are no timed deliveries for MDS)
You have to use their own GPS which is not accurate
it thinks roads connect when it doesn’t
You can see all addresses while delivering so you can go out of order however if you have a heavy route and you’re on package 7 and notice you’re right next to package 140, your van is fully packed and you can’t even find 140 in your van so this app is utterly useless
Clearly it was designed by people who have zero experience out on the road delivering these packages.
This app is made to “save time” however it has made my job impossible to do.
  • Significant Improvement; still needs work

Let’s start by saying this app is a VAST improvement to the old app. It actually scans ALL barcodes—where it didn’t before. The new routing is an improvement.

All this being said...there are a number of problems.

    1. The directions need to continue even when the app is in the background. It is very annoying if I take a (hands free) call and the directions stop until I cycle back to the app.

    2. The app needs to allow additional addresses to be added to the routing purposes. When “overages” come in, it would be better for everyone if we were allowed to add those stops to the map manually—as well as address that show up in odd places because of a “check address” error.

    3. The directions do not always to seem to take the fastest or most direct route. Not sure what can be done there but it may be something to look at.
