Incorrect locations of addresses
This app has been the worst experience I have ever had while relying on it for route destination accuracy. Randomly wrong locations were identified as addresses on my routes, which caused needless extra miles driven. There’s no option to correct the map or add a specific location into a route for correcting errors manually. I would rate this a half star if it were possible.Hdnamit
Areas of improvement to make this app and Lasership a winning combo
All this takes is investing some money in IT development. There are so many developers out there that would make this app a winner. Other apps like “route4me” get it. Option to choose your navigation based on distance or time. Options to choose from a variety of other navigations, importing csv files etc. The navigation looks more detailed in the maps. Elli no so much, doesn’t look professional. Make these adjustments and you will have more product movement.Max Almonte

The GPS is horrible, I have to use either Apple Maps or Google maps if I’m ever going to a new location.

Mayor revision and update
This app needs to be revised. I suggest you ask your crew of drivers what update should the app need, listen and execute. Map is outdated or give the options to use other maps like apple, waze or google maps. Also should give you the option to unscan packages that are not your after optimizing is done plus picking first and last stop after optimization. Give more option on why you couldn’t delivered or after you scan a package that’s not yours be able to transfer to the correct driver thru the app.his LLC sick of
