I also am having issues with the gps, I have to use the Apple Maps to double check if Elli gps is accurate. I hope this can be resolved ASAP. It’s cost me time and gas money.scotty2_hottii
Needs an update asap
App crashes leaving you with rescanning and numbering. Sometimes I edit my route and when I hit update, it re-edits my route again automatically but it just randomly moves things around making my route out of order. Sends me in the wrong location sometimes. Needs to be interfaced with Apple Maps otherwise it is not worth 17$ a week to use and will continue to make our jobs harder.contractor 99

Still needs work
They’ve fixed a few issues since the release of this app so it’s not as bad as it once was. The main thing that needs fixed is the route optimization. It still sends you back and forth all over the map without any logical reason. It’s good that I can rearrange the stops myself but it’s annoying to do that several times every day just to avoid wasting time. I would suggest basing the optimization on shortest distance or giving us that option which would almost guarantee no wasted miles. Also, there has been a bridge out for 6 months now and the app has never recognized that. If other navigation apps know it, so can they. It’s nice that they added the shipper icons to the app but they can only be seen when you completely exit navigation so it’s not even helpful when you’re out delivering. They should somehow make the icon visible when I’m trying to find the next package to deliver so it would be even faster.DaManOfGaming

The app is not worth your time. It’s keeps freezing up. It needs to be able to move the points and provide total of jobs daily. The navigation is horrible. It’s needs to be able to reconfigure positions. Provide more information of the customer for the courier to complete their task more efficiently.RawNCMoo
Terribleness
The app is not integrated with the system they use to release the packages. They want us to use it but it lets you scan another routes packages making us late or delayed.
P.s The routing is terrible will always take you out of your way when making deliveries.Grandpa Snowybeard

Poor all together
I just started a independent contractor driver job and the company set me up with app, I asked prior to doing the assignments does this app work without any major issues. I was assured that all works well. The first day was a disappointment in every aspect. The software technology is horrible, if you don’t know what you are doing and where you are going. Your basically in trouble big time. Don’t use it you can’t even complete your deliveries because it loses all information about the clients. Horrible.Gerry430

Would there be anyway to fix it like the old app that tells you how many pieces you’ve scanned out of so many for example 1/6 this issue has caused multiple problems for me one it slows me down because I have to go threw the paper work during each stop to make sure how many packages go in and second it’s caused me multiple times to have to revisit stops because Ive missed them due to the program not telling me I have 6/6 for exampledustintheincredable
