  • Still awful

    Every. Single. Day. We have to unplug the TV or fire stick because of some error or it freezes up continually. Getting error messages like playback error while watching LIVE TV. I haven’t ever even tried to record a show. Getting tech support is non existent. They have me repeat the steps I have already done and tell me to call back if it continues. My elderly MIL can’t navigate and has no idea what to do. This is an awful product, the bugs should be worked out by now. We have had GCI for our home and business and when the business contract is over so are we.

  • Worst streaming service

    I hated GCI service and now since they switched to the Yukon TV it is even worse. I can stream on other services such as Disney Paramont Amazon and Netflix with no problem but I can hardly watch what is streamed on Yukon. I would cancel the service except that I need to block off a couple hours in order to get through

  • Horrible

    If I could avoid using GCI, I would. The recording controls are inconsistent, shows are not easily set up. Not user-friendly, have to log in way too frequently even though bills have been paid. This is what no real competition for local channels does.
  • Complete junk

    This app is trash. It freezes, won’t load, picture quality is terrible, logs you out for no reason at all, there’s no way to switch easily between channels, I could go on and on. The most frustrating part is that GCI doesn’t care at all and they sure as heck don’t address the issues or how to resolve them. Wait times for customer service are well beyond what any human should have to endure. Time to ditch this overpriced crapola.

  • Terrible Experience

    I switched to Yukon during the original internal beta test. The User Interface has seemingly never been updated in 2 years. It badly need a professional update. Accessibility is a glaring issue.

    Also the cost of the subscription service is way too high to be justified in an age where better streaming services exist.

  • Terrible Program

    After an upgrade I had to have the service refreshed. Hours later it remains completely unusable without any clear answers from support.
  • Worst streaming service ever!

    One star for this app is waaaayyyyy too generous. We got the premium package and pay extra to have quite a bit of DVR space. That sounds good right? It would be if you could actually access anything that is recorded!!! Everything gets an error code and says “media stream not present”. Seriously?????? Customer support and tech support read from a script and know nothing!!!! That’s after you sit on hold for no less than 2 hours.

    The user interface does not even work as well as TiVo or cable. Nowhere near as well. GCI sold this as an upgrade and tried to say this is what customers wanted. This is most definitely NOT an upgrade.

  • Class action lawsuit

    A lawsuit is what is needed. This company makes huge profits and delivers crap for content, service and quality. One headache after another.
  • Frustrating App

    Yukon TV App fails on a regular basis. It’s the most unreliable apps I’ve used.
  • Crap app, terrible service

    I can’t understand why this company feels compelled to force people to use buggy worthless apps. Honestly hope their awful services and unintelligent representatives cause this company to go out of business, they’ve clearly lost touch with any of their customers…

    The app will work fine 1/3 the time, then for no reason it’ll kick you off and force you to login again since there’s no way to save login information… oh and their terrible gated android tv boxes they’re pushing as replacements for the TiVo boxes people had are even worse, it’ll decide it’s stand by time randomly, then even once woken back up won’t turn the wifi back on…

    Worthless product forcing customers to be beta testers without the decency of calling it what it is, you’re not fooling anyone no wonder the customer service call line is always 2 hours + on wait all day seemingly everyday.
