Not bad but needs improvement
It’s not bad but there are some bugs and it would be good if a few features were added. The humidity show in the main screen of the device is incorrect and any change made at this location results in an incorrect setting being set on the device. This can be seen when moving to the detailed settings screen. These two locations should show the same data and setting changes should result in the same location in the app as well as on the machine.
It would be good if the app allowed integration with Apple HomeKit so that humidity data could be shown there and settings could be changed in Homekit. This would also allow automations to be possible. This would be a big improvement in functionality.Show lessDraculabus1
Terrible update
After the latest update I have lost:
- The ability to see the room temperature without having to turn on the heater.
- My previous schedules, 14 in total, that I will have to do again.
- The possibility of setting timers/ countdowns for less than an hour.PabloValverde

I just received the product - impossible to connect to the wifi - lots of BLANK screens and half visible wording in the app - I’m sending the product back because I wanted the wifi feature and it does not work! I have no time for products that do not function easily or as they are advertised to..,(7&?:.?

Nice UI improvements on the last update but you should refractor schedule process. Most of the thermostat have auto mode which enables schedule and manual mode. Now if I want to switch from schedule mode to manual mode I have to switch off every toggle one by one. It is very uncovient. And do you plan homekit or matter update?Show lessYibor

It won’t connect to wifi on the Klarstein smart heater. I’ve uninstalled and installed the app several times to connect the heater to wifi, it still wouldn’t work.qqd_dq9394

I have another review saying that the only working function is to turn on or off the heater and that’s true. Scheduling does not work.
But the heater is a good buy, works looks good probably bulletproof.
They must’ve spent zero on the app; it shows.
But it is useful it’s easier to get to a cellphone and if you get a deal on the heater go ahead, just set your app expectations low.Show lesshtbfqd
