Bad Update
Since the release of version 6.0.0 last week the app is almost completely useless and in-turn so is the smart appliance its supposed to control. I can see what they are trying to achieve with the redesigned scheduler but they have not achieved it, it takes a very long time to set it and its 50/50 wether or not it decides to work on that day. Ive only used it for a couple of hours (thats how long it takes to setup a schedule now) and already ran into so many bugs. How this is anything more that a beta version I will never know..

New App
Hello, we have been using the app for a year now and found it easy to use. The look of the the new app is lovely, but i found as we are away we can’t amend or delete the existing schedule so we have to keep logging in to put the heating down while we are away.
Seems a nice simple design. All you need really
Easy to set up the infrared panel. I’m adding more now! I’ll see how it goes when multiple are added to the app, but I think it’ll be pretty easy.

I find it quite intuitive and easy. Perhaps a little slow to start up but that may be the wifi fault.
Simple to use
Brilliant app. So much better than the app for a much more expensive panel. I have set up a schedule and am delighted that I don’t have to mess about when I just want a quick 30 min of heat.
Keeps logging out since update
Since the most recent update the app keeps logging out. Annoying. Otherwise it’s fairly decent. Devs, please fix!
It works!
Yes, it works. I’m on iPhone (iOS17) and while the app works well some of the text is overwriting the next line so makes it a little harder to read /guess. Functionally it’s good and adjusts my 2 electric oil radiators nicely, recognising them and allowing independent schedules on both which is what I wanted.

Easy to use
Worth the price
After 2 years
I’ve had this unit for 2 years, no problems at all, it’s been left on standby all the time, doesn’t seem to use much electricity on standby, works with the app very well, never had any issues, I use it to cool my bedroom, on a hot day I can turn it on from the car on the way home, and when I arrive the room is nice and cool, the only thing I would like to improve, it is a little noisy, although I have slept with it on, it has a very good timer so usually set it to switch itself off after an hr.

Great when it all works as it meant to do!
This is our second start heater and it works just as it should. All I can hope now is that they last!
