Dreadful

Can’t connect to my new heater because as soon as I switch to the heater network the app fails due to not having a proper network connection.
Attempted to sign up to the app about 4 times with no proper error response.
Not worth the effort of trying to set up, just use without the app.

Wonderwall air

Had the Klarstein app for about 6 months, use it for my infrared wall heaters. No problems so far, easy to use. Turn on or off , schedule heating from the app. All good

Working ok until recent app update

The app worked fine for a year and there has been an app update that removed the device from my app and has absolutely no way of adding it again.

I have a WiFi klarstein wall heater which needs to be controlled via the app so now it has rendered the heater basically useless.

I can’t believe a perfectly reasonable and effective app has been replaced by this atrocious app with recepies and news feeds on it.
Nobody needs that when the very function it’s designed for doesn’t work.
I have already contacted your app support with zero response as that is what you have asked other users to do. Quite frankly there is no point because you already know the issue, it’s not unique to lead it’s affecting many users.

The setting up of the timer needs to be clearer as it is currently not very intuitive.

Ok but behind on functionality

Works well enough with connection straightforward and described. Lacking device wattage consumption by day, month etc. Most smart devices have this but not for Klarstein IR panels

App is awful

I just received the product - impossible to connect to the wifi - lots of BLANK screens and half visible wording in the app - I’m sending the product back because I wanted the wifi feature and it does not work! I have no time for products that do not function easily or as they are advertised to.

UI improvements

Nice UI improvements on the last update but you should refractor schedule process. Most of the thermostat have auto mode which enables schedule and manual mode. Now if I want to switch from schedule mode to manual mode I have to switch off every toggle one by one. It is very uncovient. And do you plan homekit or matter update?
