Streamlined car buying experience
The CoPilot app was helpful in reviewing multiple vehicle types. and helping me find my specific car and features.
I appreciated the ability to compare different cars, and the how easy it made the buying experience once I selected a dealership.

Awesome info at my fingertips
After going to dealer web site after website and searching I ran across the CoPilot app and apprehensively decided to give it a try. I found the app to provide me quality leads on the SUVs I wanted to check out on my time frames. It allowed me to “like” the ones I wanted to follow and provided feedback on ones that sold. It’s up to me to contact the dealer and negotiate my deal. At this point, CoPilot does not charge me any fees nor do they receive any fee from the dealer. I have found CoPilot a very good source of information.

I wouldn’t of found my car without this App
I found out about this app by a good friend of mine. I can honestly say I wouldn’t of found my car without this genius application. The fully customized options allow you to find the perfect car that meets your needs. I highly recommend using this application for a car search.
Hit or miss, mostly miss
I’m looking for a truck, I know the make but not the model, there are a few “must haves” that copilot is just simply missing. I don’t know if it is a setting or what but if this app keeps wasting my time I won’t be using it much longer.
UPDATE: your preferences are only suggestions, this app shows you a bunch of vehicles you don’t want. Only thing I can think of is they are getting paid by the dealers to advertise cars based off the vehicle make and model and not of any of the selected equipment.
UPDATE: I found my truck, not on copilot. The prices on this app aren’t even competitive with what is out there. Basically I found my truck for almost 1/2 the price of the trucks on this app. This app is again, worthless.

Preferences are used to set up a profile to better recommend car listings and filters are used by the user to narrow down their search to better fit exactly what the user wants. CoPilot does not have any affiliation with dealers, so we do not sell leads or share user information. This is so we can provide completely unbiased recommendations to our users.
Way too many upfront questions
I didn’t even make it to the search.... in today’s day and age of data, you don’t need me to play 20 questions with your AI. Just take me to the search engine and give me filters to search what I want. I don’t want to have to search for one specific car when looking for a deal, I am looking at multiples..... AutoTrader is a better search platform on its face... maybe this one is better.... but autotrader doesn’t ask me questions to start searching, and I can search multiple cars.
I also know that my local market is more expensive by thousands compared to driving 2-3 hrs to a larger market.... why are you trying to tell me about “good” deals in my hometown.... I am trying to search nationwide. Again, your “personalized” experience lags behind the competition and is super clunky. your 4 and 5 star reviews that are asking for features, did you realize that autotrader already has these features. If you are going to attempt to go against the giant in the marketplace, look at their app and reviews, then design what they do great and fix what they don’t.... don’t go make other problems....

Difficult to delete account
After going everywhere on the app I could think of, I just deleted it. The only option to deactivate was if I found a car through them. Otherwise, it would just send me to the home screen when I said I didn’t. Now I‘ve had to unsubscribe multiple times from their emails still. Hopefully it’s going to stop soon. Otherwise, the app has potential. I just found a car by myself.

Used car purchase
This app helped me find a hard to find car that I didn’t even know that I wanted. Showed me several options to find a car with the options that I wanted that many people have never even heard of then find the best deal
Works well on a PC, but not a phone
When I use my IPhone it sits on the radar screen for 10 minutes and drains my phone battery by 40% during that time and locked up on the next screen. After a few times of this, I deleted the app and used the app URL on my PC and it works great! It is awesome for new car buying to find the lowest prices.
One odd thing I noticed, I was only getting 5 spam emails a week, but after I installed the app and put my email in, it went to 180+ spam emails a day?

Love it but...
Would be great on the saved car tab if you could see the name of the dealership it’s at, sort by dealership, or see a map that pings all your saved cars. Just so when you are out looking it makes it easier to remember where to go!. Otherwise way better than any other car app
Does all the car-shopping work for you!
This app is fantastic! I came across it and plugged in a few of my “wants” for my next vehicle. Now I receive occasional updates on the cars found in my search area regarding availability and price changes. I can’t wait to use this when we’re ready to make our next car purchase- I look forward to it now, knowing it will be an easy shopping experience thanks to CoPilot!
