They are literally stealing money from you, the first time it happened i thought it was a glitch, i had to reorder and THEY DID NOT REFUND MY MONEY. Please don't use your card info here. Next time i chose the option to bring the card machine, and when i punched in the card, there was no receipt, he asked me to punch again, my amount got deducted twice and the rider told me it will be refunded. Horrible Experience. NEVER GOING TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN.

All not working?
Everytime I tried to order via app, it says: STORE IS CLOSED NOW! Then I have to order via KFC Pakistan website. Kindly resolve this issue.

I don’t know who told kfc management to change the app design which has lead to an app full of bugs.
It takes forever to load and you cannot choose payment options. It only allows payment by cash on delivery (even if you choose by card).

App works fine when ordering but when order is placed, the order status always showed SHIPPED which is very misleading. I placed an order and was under the impression that it would arrive within 30 min. ONE HOUR LATER, staff from the local KFC calls me to say that the order has been cancelled due to rain. Okay, but why are you telling me this ONE HOUR LATER? The app shouldn’t even accept orders from the restaurant if the restaurant location isn’t accepting orders due to weather. VERY DISSATISFIED. DO BETTER. Hire a proper UX designer for your crap app.
