Updated and now I can’t pay my bill
I updated the app, but when I open it it tells me to update it again and won’t let me click on anything else to pay my bill.
This app has been horrible since day one. We are paying all this money and can’t even get a decent app with basic WORKING features
I guess yall don’t want my money this month since I literally can’t access my bill info or see my insurance cardShow lessBabistaxx
Doesn’t work correctly
As of the newest update it will not load anything. It just freezes on anything you try to open. The GPS is definitely wonky because it shows unsafe turning when I’m driving on a straight road or it’ll say that I’m stopping too fast even when I’m easing into a stop. It could be really great but right now it’s just terrible.Show lessDoodoovoodoo

TERRIBLE sensitivity issues!!
This app has said I’m rapidly accelerating when my cruise is set. It says I’m speeding when I’m merging onto the interstate BELOW the speed limit, it says I’m hard braking when I let off the gas and coast. The absolute worse app!
Trying to navigate through this app is horrible. The wheel just keeps spinning and you can never access ID cards or payment information. This needs to be fixed asapR.Asylum

I find it weird how it keeps “loading” yet on other days it doesn’t do this, I have good signal and make sure I’m ready to pay but it’s already happened twice where it didn’t let me sign in which made get the extra chargeMacdocs
