Worst app for the worst energy company.. fitting
App crashes constantly. Doesn’t show correct information. Had my electric turned off because the app showed I was current. But when in reality there was a disconnect date and past due balance that wasn’t showing on the app. Customer service wouldn’t take responsibility for its companies short comings and made it out to be my fault cause I should have checked brother the app and the website. Customer service wouldn’t take responsibility rather scam you than help you or inform you of correct information. Might I add I’ve been with this company for over 10 years and will be switching energy companies immediately.Show lessZero stars
If I could give No star that’s what I would do. This company is scamming us all and they’re app is horrible as well. They bait you in with telling you that you are getting a good offer but talk to you with a bunch of nonsense with numbers and letters. As if you actually know a lot about BTUs. The discount rate that you think you’re getting is actually going towards paying Oncor. They don’t tell you that upfront you just find out once you receive your bill. Ohhhhhhh yeah another thing don’t try to get on any kind of payment arrangement because you’ll just be signing your life over to them as well. Because I live in Texas and the heat index is so high I feel like they truly taking advantage of that fact and know that we have to survive and pay these extremely high bills. Lord I know that You say that vengeances Is Yours and that You will take care of those who wrong us. I still have to find a better company to go through then this.Show lessHorrible App
Every time you log in, the screen is black. Will not let you access anything. I have to keep using the browser which is confusing on its own. This app is horrible .
