They never answer.
They said just work Monday to Friday, but even that.. They never answer the phone.
If you need assistance on weekends, NOBODY will help you.
My advice is.. Looking for another option, trust me.vaquero guapo

Hola hoy contraté la póliza y descargue la app pero al momento de poner el correo y la contraseña me marca que está mal , ya la reseteo y la cambien y me deja entrar en la web pero al intentar otra vez con la nueva contraseña en la app me marca lo mismo , pueden ayudarmeVíctor Barrdmesa
