Minimum payment is too high
I don’t see a reason why the minimum payment has to be 20€ except to trap people in their service, yet making it useless for a big proportion of users.

Initial text message not functioning
The only way to register is through a text message delivered to your phone. I’ve tried 3 different phones but no message delivered whatsoever, hence unable to do my laundrySereZaghi

SMS API is down
If you’re going to have an app where the only form of verification is SMS you need to be sure that API connection is 100% solid. It’s currently down and I walked 13 minutes to the laundry only to be unable to create an account. A simple solution would be to add email verification as well so if the SMS API fails clients can still register an account.Show lessBad zoo
Drier never works!
Horrible customer service. The drier never dries the clothes correctly and gives error messages. I have had to pay for multiple cycles on the drier.. multiple times. When I reached out for a refund they replied back and said a refund will be issued, and then followed by a message saying I have to pay for another load before they will refund my money.. after they saw that I don’t have anymore money in my account for another cycle. I’m leaving the country and don’t need to load money onto the app for one more cycle when it was the driers fault my clothes aren’t done. Very frustrating
A whole lot of bugs and frustrating user experiences; signup doesn’t work with Australian phone numbers so had to contact support, I select a 54min wash and it takes over 1.5hrs (don’t plan to do anything for 2 hours after you start a wash just to be safe, regardless of the program you choose!), the in-app alert saying your wash is done is always early by 15min or more, and the minimum top-up amount is AUD $30Show lessJamesDaly

Id like to have the option to contact the one using the machine before me, incase they forget to come pick their laundry up after its finished.
Then I don’t have to wait long minutes for some people to be able to use the machine.Amaro123k
I don’t think I could hate an app anymore then this one
Absolutely awful. You prepay, then select your machine, and the washing is fine.
However, the drying is a nightmare. The machine will stop when it “thinks” your clothes are “dry”.
But of course they are damp. So maybe you would like to add more time? Nope. If you pay for another cycle, it spins for a minute or two and then will stop.
I CAN TELL WHEN MY CLOTHES ARE DRY! So now I am out 8 euros and all my clothes are damp.
Contacted support, but nobody replies ever.

I am staying in a hotel where they use this app and am unlikely to use it more than once. Yet, the minimum amount I can top up is €20.j236d
