Reduce your minimum payments to £5.00 please. We wanted to do one wash and it asked for a minimum payment of £20 (which is a lot for one wash!).
After downloading we didn’t bother using the app to wash our clothes because of this.Paul2525262
Technology is unpredictable
The system is built around the concept of a live communication between the system and the machine to pay for the use of the machines. When it works, it is good. However, the laundry where I am using this app fails to take the payment and I am unable to use the washing machine. Very poor when it goes wrong and there is no way to communicate the failure to Miele.Show lessAJL2206

Machines don’t start
I’m really frustrated because the app took my money for the laundry and yet the machine would not start. I tried contacting for help on the app and through email and still haven’t received any information. I just want to do my laundry and I can’t. Also would like my money back10984736261
This is game changing!
This app works beautifully. Easy to download and create an account for your buildings wash machines. Payment across a variety of platforms. The app shows if a machine is free and allows you to book it. A message appears when load is complete. Very very user friendly!!flyheatherfly
