Primitive
App is written by amateurs. Please hire a professional team and redo the app. Main problems are:
1. Doesn’t run in the background. Phone is useless during the period you are using.
2. It shuts down when you receive a call. Also it shuts down with certain other notifications.

Useless product
After very diligent, trying the Neosensory for 5 weeks I had zero results and only a negative experience, unfortunately.
Science? But the app is garbage
I don’t know how well the science works (at $250 a month, it better!) but this application is very poorly built.
First - your phone can’t be doing ANYTHING when it’s in the 10 min daily training mode. Really. The app has to be in the foreground and the MODE of the app has to be in training. The phone can’t be sleeping, so you can’t, say, take a walk while listening etc. Absolutely amateur hour.
Also, the app is very buggy. For example, every single time you start the tinnitus mode, it plays for about a second and then tries to run the “how is your tinnitus today?” dialog, which, per above, TURNS OFF the tinnitus mode. So 100% of the time you have to start it twice. This is just plain lazy - it’s not like you wouldn’t notice this in testing.
Design is also very poor. When training your tinnitus, they put up a dialog to make sure you’re not in silent mode. Ok, fine, though that screen has plenty of room for a silent warning instead of a dialog that has to be clicked. Every. Single. Time. You make a change to the setting, as you are dialing in the tone.
Also, the info on the science is basically nonexistent. What if I have more than one tone? What if I do more than 10 min a day? Is it better to be in a quiet place, or a loud one? Earphones or not? You, dear reader, will be left alone to ponder these mysteries. $250 does not get you much from this crowd.
Honestly, after about 10 days of diligent use, I see no impact at all. I’m fairly sure this is a scam, though I can’t prove it. But, even if it isn’t, this is one of the laziest app developers I’ve ever had the misfortune of encountering.
Buyer beware.

Junk
Does not work at all reliving tinnitus. Customer service is non existent to talk to someone or to send their so called medical device back. Don’t waste your time or money.
Bad service
The company never picks up the phone and takes days to answer emails.
Operations here are a mess
The entire process was a nightmare beginning to end. Product arrived late, like 2 months late. Was promised several things by support, none of them happened.
I have no idea if this product works or not. I just know I was billed too often and received the product way too late. Thankfully I got my money back for a product I was hardly able to use.

New version increases tinnitus
The new version of tones and sounds that came out in June 2023 is offensive to my tinnitus and makes it worse. Not a fan.
New tones trigger tinnitus
The app changed their tones from an effective tinnitus reducing set of tones to a new screeching set of tones that increase tinnitus. Terrible app, bait and switch. Do not recommend!
Tinnitus
Used the device daily for 6-7 weeks. Their claim is that most people start to notice some relief after 3 weeks. Nothing for me. Not even the slightest relief from the perception of tinnitus. The monthly chat with the audiologist was awkward & felt like I was working with someone brand new in the field. Maybe I didn’t know the right questions to ask. But I felt like the appointments didn’t offer much. I measured my wrist prior to ordering the device because I have very petite wrists. The device did not fit snug on my wrist like a watch & so I have to slide it up my arm a bit. I was told this would not em negatively affect the results of the sessions. It’s a bit confusing because some of the company’s info says 10 sessions & other times it says 15. I typically did my sessions for 20-40 minutes. When calling the help phone number it goes to a google voicemail. I tried the text help & the 1st attempt took awhile for someone to reply. The 2nd time no one replied to me. This device is probably great for people who want sound alerts. From my experience it does nothing to help relieve the perception of tinnitus. Incredibly disappointed.
