App doesn’t show all options
The app does not have the recorder settings it’s supposed to - all I can do is change the resolution and the wifi network name and password. Am unable to use gps features or set the date and time. It really shouldn’t be this hard.

Don’t buy this product. It’s useless. App don’t do anything and the camera is also keep on and off all the time. The app is hard to connect to wifi too. There are no support available. The dealership replaced the camera several times but still have the same issue. This is a cheep cheep piece of equipment. Please don’t buy this product.

Useless and rubbish app
This app is just to tick a box by the manufacturer that they have a app. Other than it’s existence there is not much you can do with this app.
You would expect to access some features at least. The camera just keeps going one and off when it wants. Many occasions I pretended as if it were to be an accident just to see if there was any videos and no surprises there, the camera had no videos recorded at all for that day. Feels like Netflix or something where you can watch old videos.
Anyway back to the app, there is no information or help either.

Extremely dissatisfied
I agree with all the others. The app is useless. Please fix all the bugs & update it.
App is rubbish
The app connects only when it wants to, when i does make up its mind to connect the video stops after 15 seconds, have to refresh the app and then it will run as it’s supposed to do. It’s a hit and miss, camera works fine but have to take the SD card to view footage . Fix the app

Will not connect to updated I phones software. What a waste of money. Don’t buy this brand loom for a better one.
Won’t work
My Dashmate is only 3-4 years old and I can’t get it to connect to my phone. Will buy another brand. $249 wasted.
No wifi connection
I’ve had this camera for about 12 months and it doesn’t connect to my phone. The update was done with no wifi password details so now I’m stuck with a camera that doesn’t even record !
