Easy to connect and so much fun

I got the Kiiro Keon toy a few weeks ago and used this app to connect it to videos online. It was super easy to connect. I just scanned the QR code and follow the instructions, it took less than 5 minutes. I was using the toy manually at first because I didn’t feel like going through the trouble of connecting, but it was so easy and makes the toy WAY more fun when it’s interactive. Takes the toy to a whole new level. I haven’t had any issues with the app.

When both are using IPhone the app doesn’t work

Hi! I don’t know what is happening, I am calling and fall direct to missed call. I couldn’t talk with anyone.

Syncs with Keon-kiiroo

Awesome app when it works properly. Has a few bugs but works with Keon Kiiroo quite well.

Easy to use

As long as you understand how bluetooth connections and QR codes work, you won’t have an issue with this app. Setup is straightforward and easy, and you can be using the device within minutes. The app is very easy to use and navigate.

Easy to set up

I'm not sure why this app has such a low rating. I had no issues at all setting it up, and it synced quickly and easily with QR codes to my computer. As long as you have a basic understanding of syncing bluetooth devices and the device is charged fully, it really is an idiot proof setup and use.

It works, both in the bedroom and over the board.

Works great with the Keon. Used it over a month with no issues. Not sure what other reviewers are smoking. Also upped my ELO by at least 1500, way better than chess.c*m.

Seriously though it works, more people should write about their positive experiences, or get tech support before writing a bad one. Also, has not bricked my pipi. Good luck.

Adding others

Anytime I add someone on the app it shows that they accepted it but the app does not show them in the added list. Also if I am able to find them on the app I am not able to chat as there entire chat box is white and will not let me chat or do anything. And then on top of that the video call is very touchy and most of the time we can not see each other.

When it comes to the video connection issues, in some cases the quality of your network connection can greatly affect the quality of the video. It is unfortunately possible for this issue to occur when the wi-fi signal is poor or when you are trying to connect to 3G. This app is a rip off

If u bought ur device and ur content you just wasted ur money cause this app does not work and all it does is give u the run around.

My Vibe Keeps Disconnecting!

I love that I can use this while I’m streaming for work but it pisses me off that it constantly disconnects! Like I’m losing business because of this! Fix this immediately please because now you are messing with my income! 😡🤬

For compatible devices I would first advise to try the tips from Kiiroo FAQ on how to connect. One unlikely, though possible fix, would be to ensure that the battery saver of your phone is turned off. This has been an uncommon, though relevant occurrence that has helped some customers with this issue. The new update is not working

Please bring back the previous version. It was working great. Ever since the new update yesterday June 2, 2022, my escape keeps getting disconnected for no reason. I have to keep reconnecting it over and over again. It never did that before. Help!
