I really like this app for the rewards and incentives to customers. It makes me feel welcome and honored by twice daily and white bison. I hope that it continues to function the way that it does. I spend more money here, than any other gas station I believe.calvn clayon

I love using this app to order my coffee ahead of time so it’s ready when I arrive. The rewards system is great and easy to know when you have a free coffee or any other coupons Twice Daily has. Never going to Starbucks again!kels615
I love twice daily
Twice Daily has always been my go to store. I get everything I need in one place, always have nice helpful staff that gives the place a nice personal touch which you don’t find very often in a convenient store to be honest. Even when you are there and it’s busy and you know it’s got to be stressful that all seem to be on top of their game, at least the one in GREENVILLE , KY does. My county has so many gas stations/convenient stores but that’s pretty much the only one I ever go to unless I’m out of gas and not near by.Show lessKentuckycricketchick

The rewards never work properly
Constantly redeeming rewards just for the cashiers to look at me and tell me it’s not popping up and it’s a whole ordeal. It happens all the time and is really annoying.DangerDru

Says it’s compatible with wallet. Haven’t seen a link to add it anywhere. Needs a way to add loyalty Id barcode to apple wallet if It does have one maybe put it somewhere obvious like the account page.Pariah Dark

hard to navigate
it’s difficult to find the notifications on the sidebar and as someone who doesn’t like to see the red number on their screen, it stinks!! the message number blends into the font. make it red or something.
another thing about the app is that it’s just glitchy in general. i was looking for above notification and there were several pages that made the app crash or freeze and i’d have to restart it.Show lessdiscord is stupid
Constantly signing me out
I keep getting signed out and then receiving and error when attempting to sign back in. Have to turn the entire phone off to fix the problem.Benjiboy III
