When trying to enter info for age restriction option it says enter valid email and I do enter the email I signed up with plus enter in all other things required but it won’t prompt me to continue . It appears as if my email isn’t valid but it is .Lipstickcherry
Hate the update!!!
I absolutely hate this app since the update! It is not user friendly at all. I preferred the old interface. Our location isn’t even mapped correctly, so I never order ahead anymore. Love TD and White Bison, but the app needs to be completely reworked.SanityEludesMe
Easy to use but lots of flaws
Very user friendly but not all of the drinks have options to change milk or add flavor. No option to tip. The rewards are a bit harder to use. The seasonal drinks aren’t always on there. I just use the app for white bison.Meeshbilinski
Mobile ordering
I won’t be using this app anymore. I placed an order for pick up when I arrived store was closed. The money was removed from my account and no product was provided.Bracken400
Update issues
Cannot sign into my account since the new update. That’s the only reason I go to twice daily is for their points system. Very disappointed931pink18
Update/Points Issues
This new update has caused me to lose close to 2000 points because of it being offline without customer knowledge. Every time I go to redeem my points, I lose out on items due to the “required input not being accepted.”Nailah1215
Birthdate is broken
Can’t see what you put in for your birthday and this app ask for a lot of info when you set it up with a payment method. I don’t know why you need my DL and Social, it’s like I’m doing a credit check. Won’t be using this appPotatouser
Requires WAY Too Much Personal Info
First off, this app is very buggy. Besides that, for a gas station quick stop, they pretty much require you to disclose everything about you, just shy of asking for your SSN. Address, phone number, emails, location....most rewards systems just require an email or phone number. Makes me very uncomfortable.Show lessCreeder123
Can’t sign up
