Few little changes would make a 5 star review
I’ve been using this app for almost a year. I love the mix of fast and slower paced routines. I’ve found my favorites, but I wish there was a way to mark favorites, or at least see of history of what I’ve done so I can keep track of those favorites. I would also greatly appreciate some new videos dropped in from time to time. Those additions would rate this as five star for me.

No instruction
I find the lack of instruction incredibly aggravating. Also, a little dangerous. What they include in the first session is far more than I can do. That’s $80 out the window. Makes it very hard to go back for the second session when you can only do half the first, with no guidance how to get into the positions.

Excellent app.
This is my first time doing yoga and this app is brilliant. Easy to use, excellent work outs and so easy to incorporate into your daily life.
Simply the Best
I’ve just finished ease into yoga for beginner program and I gotta say I’m very happy!! I took yoga classes in the past but they all started with advanced exercises that made me quit yoga several time even though I love it.
But this app and program actually takes you gradually to more difficult variations.
I was checking out the other programs available and I think I’ll start the flexibility one. And then move on later to more advanced. Also I think that will help me to prevent injuries from my regular weight loss work out.
Thank you to all the team of Sansa Yoga for creating such a great app!!!
Keep up the good work.

Mixed experience
I use Asana rebel and down dawg regularly (as in daily). Sometimes I like to try something different so I paid for this and went through all of the program (40+ sessions). Some were good, some were confusing (crow pose in a beginner practice???? No ). Some videos didn’t follow the audio and vice versa. I’ll stick with my go tos.

Rip off
I was charged $66 dollars for something I didn’t sign up for. Unless you go through the very complicated process of cancelling a free trial you didn’t want, you are charged an ONGOING yearly fee of $70+ dollars to subscribe to something you didn’t sign up for in the first place. I can’t find anywhere to cancel a yearly subscription I didn’t want. Apple is using my credit card info they already have from my iTunes subscription. Super shady!

Needs more audio settings
I feel I am an average yogi and know the names of the basic poses. I found the instructions given to be confusing as pose names are not always used. Instead, the movements are described and often I would have to shift my focus from breath to looking at the screen to see what was going on. Other apps have settings for more or less instruction. Using this app, I have learned I prefer less instruction and poses to be called out by name

Disappointing
I specifically was looking for a basic “free yoga app” and this came up and it is not free. It should indicate it’s a paid subscription app. Very disappointing
Amazing app
I started using this app a year ago, easing into yoga was such a great way for me to get back into yoga with instructors. I highly recommend it for those that are new to yoga or intermediate. Great way to start off my mornings everyday.
Just don't
I accidentally paid for this app (I forgot to unsubscribe after the 1week trial) Gives you very little instructions in how to do poses safely and poses that are not safe for beginners, go to down dog at least it has a monthly subscription
