  • Mixed experience

    I use Asana rebel and down dawg regularly (as in daily). Sometimes I like to try something different so I paid for this and went through all of the program (40+ sessions). Some were good, some were confusing (crow pose in a beginner practice???? No ). Some videos didn’t follow the audio and vice versa. I’ll stick with my go tos.

  • Needs more audio settings

    I feel I am an average yogi and know the names of the basic poses. I found the instructions given to be confusing as pose names are not always used. Instead, the movements are described and often I would have to shift my focus from breath to looking at the screen to see what was going on. Other apps have settings for more or less instruction. Using this app, I have learned I prefer less instruction and poses to be called out by name

  • Amazing app

    I started using this app a year ago, easing into yoga was such a great way for me to get back into yoga with instructors. I highly recommend it for those that are new to yoga or intermediate. Great way to start off my mornings everyday.
  • Great app

    I’m new to yahoo & I was in a car wreck in 2018. I had to have 2 emergency surgeries & one 6months after that. Took me almost a year to walk confidently. I do I have trouble with mobility at times & this starts me out slow with the stretching then on to so much more. Thank you for crating this app.
  • Great App

    Worth the subscription. You start by doing just 5 minutes and the sessions gradually get longer. Every four sessions, they switch up the routine so you do it just enough to learn the poses but never get bored, steadily moving into new challenges.

    I have been easing into it as I don’t typically work out At All and this has been a nice transition. I feel less stressed, more in tune with my body and starting to feel stronger and more flexible already after finishing session 28. Took me a few months to get there just doing it about twice a week, but the key is not to give up on yourself. The more you do it, the more you’ll really begin to enjoy it.

  • The best yoga app

    I love this app. Great for beginners to advanced. Use it everyday. I physically feel stronger and better. So glad I found this app!
    And the premium subscription is worth every penny! Upgrade! You won’t regret it. So many great videos and tips for yogis. Great app.
  • Disappointing

    I paid for a year, unfortunately. The good: several options for exercises, calming music. The not so good: the speed of exercises in the personal plan is too fast. Granted, it gives you 3 days with each routine before progressing, but the speed of exercises in each routine is too fast and without instruction. Another drawback with the app is that there are lots of routines based on goal, body parts, etc, but no description of what’s in the routine other than the 1 or 2 word title.

  • All around perfection.

    I am a yoga beginner. I wanted desperately to try and work on my routine. This app taught me all about yoga. I love the accomplishment stickers that are offered. The voice and music in the videos are incredibly relaxing. Truly would not change a single thing. AMAZING.

    They have made things good for my back because I just sprained it so I made it feel good I would recommend this app more than anything I am a gymnast like gymnastics and this really helps in my back and I would recommend you get this app because it’s a really good experience and it helps you out with things you need and things I will help you

  • Newbie - very easy to follow!

    I’m new to Yoga - have tried a few times in the past but my ADHD couldn’t get the hang but with this app I am doing it! I get such a good work out (trying to lose weight). Glad I found this app!
