  • Self-indulgent to the point of illogical

    Terrible layout and nonsensical sessions. Each session is designated either “easy,” “medium,” or “hard.” The “easy” ones are ridiculously simple and could more be described as stretching as opposed to starting off with basic asanas. But then for some reason, an advanced asana is thrown right into the middle of all that less than basic stretching.
    Then after doing the exact same stretching for FOUR sessions, it moves the student on to the sessions deemed “medium,” which are anything but. These are four more sessions that are actually way more advanced asanas than what would be considered “medium,” and the instructors move quickly through them, which just makes no sense for someone having just learned stretches for the past four sessions. And yet again, highly advanced moves are thrown in as though the instructors just feel the need to show off their skills. I mean… The Crane… really???
    The whole app has a very arrogant, self-congratulatory vibe to it, like someone was so impressed with their own yogi abilities they felt they just HAD to “teach” it… yet they do anything BUT actually teach yoga. Ridiculous app.

  • Love this app

    I would definitely recommend this app to all!!! 10/10! I’m a yoga beginner and this app offers a really great start and really awesome lessons. I got this app after trying many other yoga apps. Most yoga apps make you pay in order to get good lessons. This one, yes, had in app purchases required to get a personalized plan, but offers really great plans for free. I didn’t pay for a personalized plan, but I am so much better at yoga than when I started! This app is amazing! I enjoy my sessions- they are incredibly calming and helpful! ❤️❤️❤️

    Ok so honestly I found this app on a running app, and I desided to get it, even without the membership it works really well they have sessions for every day or you can scrolll through the library to see specific categories. You can also see the progress that you’ve made and there are badges that you can get. I am in cross country and this really improved my running, I 10/10 recommend

  • Great app

    This is my first ever review I have written. I have been using this app for a while and this truly makes me happy however, when I was going to do the “Slim down,Tone up” exercises it keeps on saying “A timeout has occurred. This typically happens when you have a slow internet connection or heavy internet traffic.” So I waited a few days but it keeps on telling me the same thing? How do I fix this?

  • You need to pay

    I think it would be a great app the only problem I’m having (and maybe I’m not doing it correctly I don’t really know) is that to do the yoga you need to pay and I don’t see why they wouldn’t just put ads at the beginning of the yoga video instead of not letting you watch it at all.
  • I really learned

    I downloaded this app at the beginning of quarantine and religiously used it, its easy, stressless and have already recommended it a lot. Theres many sessions you can choose and follow.
  • My new yoga routine

    Just downloaded the app and had a great 13 min sesh! Not too hard and easy! Going to try it out every morning before my morning walks
  • The entire app required $ to use... maybe mention that

    Not sure why I can’t access anything without paying after downloading and going through the beginning questionnaire. A little misleading, considering most apps mention in-app purchases prior to download. Not even in your description, really??? Thanks for wasting my time though! A little transparency goes a long way. I wouldn’t have minded so much if it didn’t blindside me while I was excited and ready to move. Again, TRANSPARENCY. Lol passsss

  • Not for beginners...but it’s awesome!

    I had a different and free app that I used to use and was commuted to for the first few months of this year, then to be honest, I was finding myself both bored and not feeling physically challenged anymore, enter this app! It’s got a great videos of each flows including modifications if needed, but like many have already said, this isn’t for those who haven’t ever done yoga before. If you have a good solid foundation of yoga you will love this!

  • Great app!

    I don’t know a ton about yoga and finding time to go to a taught yoga class is hard after finding time for my lifting workouts and my family. This has guided workouts I can do at home and I really enjoy their yoga! Highly recommend
