  • Pretty good

    It’s a great app for doing yoga, especially when ur busy! Many options to choose from and fairly quick. My only complaint is when u can’t see the screen, they aren’t super descriptive on what the pose is and they move through the poses really fast, feel like I would get more stretching if I could hold it a little longer!

    I’ve done a yoga session every day for the past 49 days and this app has everything to do with finding consistency. There are “milestones” that you meet incrementally which encouraged me to practice yoga (even if it’s only a 5 minute session) daily. Although I haven’t yet finished my 40-session plan, I love that I can bounce around and do different sessions in the video library to find a practice that fits my mood. This app is successful because it’s so simple.

  • No one gives up this much for free

    I haven’t seen any professional yoga app with well structured yoga exercises targeting different level of user giving there knowledge. I have used many yoga apps but I’ll recommend this to everyone.
  • No fees!

    I love the layout and design of this app and the fact that you don’t have to pay is definitely an added bonus. I wish there was a search bar and more choices in the Library section.
  • Great yoga and meditation

    I’ve only done Class so far but I loved it. I have been looking for a yoga class that is slow and easy. The only exercise I do not do is abdominals due to a health issue. Looking forward to more sessions.
  • Beginner-easy???

    I like this app so far and love that it is free. My only complaint is that the “beginner-easy” class is not totally beginner. The teacher asks you to do plow, candle and bridge poses. None of which I would consider beginner-easy poses. He does offer a modification for the bridge pose, which is a good thing. I’ll keep going with the app because I miss my yoga classes and I do like the music and the voice of the teacher.

  • Such a good app

    i discovered this app from instagram ads during quarantine and i started doing it..... IT SERIOUSLY BURNS. the instructor is relaxing and has a great accent and the models demonstrating are really good. it’s great for beginners and for losing weight and toning up (both of which i am) it’s easy to follow and completely free!

  • Very relaxing

    With all of the stresses of COVID-19 I think this will be an amazing tool to stay calm and to start integrating yoga into my life. I’m very happy with them not charging a lot during these times and I think it’s very helpful for someone who’s a beginner that’s wanting to learn more!

    During this time in our lives things seem to slow down and we have had to find other ways to seek keeping our daily practices... this app was great🙏🏽
  • Hands down the BEST

    The best yoga app I’ve ever come across and I have downloaded A LOT of yoga apps. I like that it changes weekly so you actually have time to learn a routine before you move on to something else. BEST feature is that you get to do it with a live person who walk you through the poses. Yoga app to have!!!!!
