  • Pricing is not clear

    I have not used the app yet. This review is based only on clarity of terms. I signed up for the free trial and while I was aware that after seven days I would be charged. There is nowhere to designate how long the term is. I would have like to extend for a month to give me time to try out the app and see if it is worth continuing the subscription. I cannot find the pricing information anywhere!! I was just charged 53$ and I have no idea if that is for a year, a month or a week. I will be canceling the subscription ASAP!

  • New to yoga

    Great app. I never tried yoga. Thought I would use the app to get an introduction to yoga. I am loving it so far. The app eases you into it and I can feel myself getting a little better with each session. Highly recommend this app and yoga to others.
  • Not for Beginners

    This is a great app for people who are already practicing yoga and are looking for a daily plan to follow. This app is NOT for the average person (like myself) who is just starting or has been out of practice for any length of time. The “easy” sessions are not easy by any means. It would be great if the sessions could show how to ease into a pose, or even offer tips on modifications.

  • Cannot Cast to tv

    Biggest problem i have with this app is that i have to only watch it on my tiny phone. Other problem I have is that if you look at the thumbnail associated with the class, I have found that the asana shown in the thumbnail is not in the sequence! Super frustrating if youre looking for that particular asana. It is very calm and soothing and I do like that about it, but for the energetic classes like cardio-they really are not that invigorating! You’ll like this if you want to be calm!

  • Absolutely Love!

    This has to be my most used and favorite app of all time . It’s great for yoga beginners and interests like myself . It’s a one on one class almost and I’ve noticed a change in my body and my mind while doing yoga. Thank you for making it easier for me ! GET THIS APP!
  • Offline mode?

    I love the app. It has helped me really enjoy doing yoga. I wish there could be a way to make it so you can watch the video’s without having to use the internet. Maybe download the videos or make them offline all the time. That would be nice
  • Incredible but a few things

    First off, the app is amazing and I've grown very attached to it. But a couple things. It’s not something I would suggest for beginners. I'd suggest it for people who have dabbled a bit in yoga. Thankfully, I have experienced yoga before, so I had a lucky start. But I understand not everyone does yoga. So it might not be the best app for younger people or people who have never done at least a bit of yoga before. But I really enjoy the different varieties of sessions. They are super fun to do and I actually struggle with trying not to repeat sessions! I once found myself wanting to do more sessions AFTER I’d finished my workout. Also, I don’t know if this is just for me, but my phone refuses to allow a yoga plan. It always says that there’s an issue. Please try again later. All in all, great app. Just not for beginners.

  • Great free content

    What I really love about this app is that you get real, actual flows for free. I’ve tried lots of different yoga apps that give you a free trial for a day or a week but then make you pay to continue. I was so surprised to find that Sunsa Yoga is free and has so much content to choose from. Not only do you get daily flows, you can also choose from many options to work different parts of the body or different skills. While there’s not an option for personalized flows or other features you might find on subscription training apps, and most of the flows are rather repetitive, there is still so much more content than I expected for a free app. It has about the same if not more than some other apps that do require a subscription. I am very pleased with the yoga I get to do in my own home without having to pay.

  • Great app! Not great for beginners...

    I have to commend this app for a variety of things. It has a great selection of classes to take and gives you your own customized plan all for free! This is the only yoga app I have found that gives you access to more than just a couple sessions without having to purchase a paid subscription and that is amazing and makes it great for people who are just getting into yoga. However, the customized plans, or the one for me at the very least, is not very beginner friendly. The first group of classes was “easy” but included bridge pose and plow pose, which I would not consider beginner or easy poses by any means. Then it progresses into the next group of classes and it’s medium difficulty but includes crow and crane poses. After this group, it immediately progresses to hard classes with complicated poses. I want to improve my skills and I do appreciate them introducing more complex poses to us but I wish they would walk you through how to do the pose and progress up to it.

  • Great app

    This yoga app takes you into different intensity while allowing you to focus on different areas of the body. It helps you approve on old techniques while learning new techniques by doing the same routine for maybe at least 3 days before switching it up a bit .
