Brilliant app for motivation
Brilliant app for motivation and speaking to others who are quitting or have quit.
The only thing i find would be more helpful its having the date/time stamped next to peoples comments.L15A 1884

I’ve been addicted for nearly 6 years- I’m on patches (step 1) but I’ve dropped the vape. My lungs haven’t inhaled anything in a few days, which has been very hard. There is a very strong addiction with hand to mouth, needing to have a vape near me/in my hand. I’m cutting this addiction out first, then the nicotine. It feels as if each second that passes, I have the thought, “I need the vape”, but the app helps me and reminds me of the goals I’ve made for myself.
I don’t own a Juul and I didn’t “fully” quit yet- but I don’t care.. this app applies so well to the audience. It gives out loads of encouragement, breathing techniques and even some hard reality truth of the effects of vaping. You pick what you need to stay strong. I’m so impressed, I think when I finally am free of nicotine I’ll restart the timer so I can actually embellish in being fully nicotine free with the badges and rewards the app gives.. but until then I’m so thankful to see the last time I vaped and it encourages me to keep that number growing.
6 years of vaping = 2,190 days where I put a vape to my mouth multiple times a day.
I’m praying God has mercy on my lungs fr. 😭
For the sake of my future, kids and health- I’m going to not pick up that vape again.

Cant change the start date
I cant seem to be able to change the start date. Its set for today but i want it for next week and it keeps on sliding back to today16laracoch16
Quitting vaping
This app reminded me everyday that I am getting better and better even by the second. I can go in the app and check whenever I want what new badges I have achieved, I can see how long its been since I last touched a vape. I feel amazing and this app is the only thing hat has helped me on my journey so far of 8 days. this app didn’t make me quit
this app didn’t make me quit…. i made that choice for myself. this app did give me something to look forward to on my journey. i reset my timer 3 or 4 times…. on that last reset way hung the days, hours and minutes grow helped me so much. seeing all of the positive thing that we’re happening to my body and to my bank account made me feel good!! being able to share motivation and progress with other users with the baseline free version of the app is beautiful!!!! the app didn’t make me quit but it helped in ways i didn’t know i needed. i’m incredibly grateful to the creators and communityShow lessAlexissisiisiis
The reason I successfully quit

Motivational
I wasn’t sure about this app at first but the further I went through the motivational posts the better I felt about the possibilities of quitting vaping. I’m 8 days in, I haven’t vaped once and while that’s not an accomplishment to many, I was not able to ever make it through a day without vaping at least once.
