Easy to navigate
I love using my portal because I can see upcoming appointments and send them to my calendar. I can view lab test results and view x-rays plus the findings the radiologist entered. If I could have one thing adjusted, it would be the messages alert to have a preview of the department or provider’s name, and their message, instead of ‘you have a message’. I’ve missed a lot of messages because it doesn’t stand out for me.

Recognition of face WITH mask, if possible
I currently have tested positive for Covid 19. Also need to wear a mask even at home since I have guests from Ireland visiting at my home. Trying to set up and learn how to use video visits to address my new diagnosis. This requires multiple sign-ins to MyScripps, mainly because I’m 74 and not computer savvy. Annoying to have to remove mask every time I sign in to try to arrange my video visits (two today). Successful with one. But having trouble arranging and setting up the second video appt with my PCP which is the one I wish to contact most for Paxlovid.
Otherwise am very happy with being able to access my lab and test results. The Doctor/PA after- visit summaries are repetitive and not always informative of plan of action post visits. But , in general, all staff pleasant and competent.

Amazing Team of Professionals
I’ve been with Kaiser for the last 25 years + until a few weeks ago I just started with Scripps due to my employer changing medical insurance. I ended up in urgent care and have to say in every category I have never been treated better. In addition to this the video call I had to make was equally as helpful. I was apprehensive going to a new doctor however so far I’m extremely impressed and grateful to the Scripps team for all their help.

Good Service
I had a visit with Dr Diaz and a week later I received an appointment for a ultrasound. Only a few hours after my appointment I got the results for the ultrasound with written description. The next day his office called me to give me a choice between two different options. I was prepared to have surgery and they are scheduling it as I sit and write this review. I feel Scripps is much more on the ball then my previous med care. Thank you

Dr Nina Rocha & her assistant
I just want to say that I am very happy that his Scripps hospital has this 2 beautiful angels?on this clinic wen I most needed I am ver happy and please with all they do wen I go visit them at this facility Dr Nina always listen and care forms well-being she is a very nice a wonderful person and her nurse she is so kind and helpful I am so blessed that I have this two people in my life because if it wasn’t for them I don’t know what would happen to me thank you for you do every day for people like me that is going through a process and you there with me confirming and making me feel better and that means a lot to me like I say God always put good people on your life and I think God put you Nina on my life. You’ve been such a good supporter and every way thank you for everything and thank you to your staff .

Communication is vital
This app is wonderful! It does just about everything a patient would ask for, most inportantly - transparency! I love how I am able to view notes from the nurses to the doctors, as well as reas reports from testing that has been done - very informative. The app allows one to chat with doctors, reorder meds. and set up appointments. Scripps, especially the La Jolla location just knows how to get it done and treats their patients with care and respect!

Need better notifications for “earlier appointment” waitlist
I would have given the app a better review, but I have urgent conditions that I really need to get in sooner than my scheduled appointment time. I have been VERY frustrated that the only notification goes to my email. I have received numerous notifications of earlier times available, but by the time I log in, the “earlier time is no longer available”. Is it possible to get text notifications for earlier appointments?

So easy to use and also to keep to view later as reference to details I totally recommend!
I’m so enjoying having all my notes to read later from doctors and so great to access all my doctors ! I wish I had done this years ago … but for the last few years it has been a God send to have this to review and for all my doctors to have easy access to also! I totally heartily recommend!
Five Stars + for Scripps
The doctors and staff with Scripps have been truly amazing for my care! Since I moved my care from Tri-City Medical Center to Scripps I have been very pleased. I come from a long line of doctors and those in the medical healthcare profession so I would say I am a good judge in this “department.” I was even premed myself many moons ago and I find the science behind medicine fascinating! Overall, Scripps is doing what they need to stay ahead of the curve, recruit the best doctors and team members, and provide you support during the good times and the bad times. Thank you Scripps!!!!

Patient Friendly App!
Wow! Great app to navigate! It’s easy to use and the communication in messages between doctors/nurses and front office is expeditious! Of course if an answer is needed immediately calling iis best but I enjoy the message system. Best part is you have answers and info at your disposal if you need to re-read any of part of the conversation to re-fresh your memory. Awesome message system Scripps! Also it’s easy to schedule, cancel or change appointments and to make payments. It’s just a fantastic app!
