Can’t get past the phone verification
I can’t use this app because I can’t get past the phone verification, it’s simply never calls my phone even though I’m using a proper phone number. I have emailed them about it and they simply say that it’s my fault they don’t offer any other solutions.

Very unprofessional.
I had an issue where the driver over charged me when we arrived at my destination and then cancelled the trip after dropping me off so I didn’t know how much I was actually charged as I paid in cash. I contacted the support team over WhatsApp and they sent me 10 replies, copy and pasted - not answering any complaints I had. Including the fact that drivers take on a job being +6 minutes away from your pick up location and CANCEL if it’s convenient for them with no sense of accountability for not picking the customer up.
I told all this to customer service and their final words; “Kind regards, TaxiF.”
