Password
I downloaded this app because they don’t answer their phone. When I registered it won’t let me pick a password. I click forgot password and it sends me and email with no password?? What a joke.
Can’t even create a login
The app keeps saying email sent to create my account but there’s nothing in my email or spam mail tried several times and you can’t use their website impossible
Appointment Availability - ERROR!!
We all love when things work the way they are supposed to. Lucky for you, this is not one of those things.
The app shows available appointments. However when you click on the appointment, fill out all your insurance information and click the magic “check in” button… wait for it!!
ERROR OCCURRED. SLOT IS FULLY BOOKED.
Shouldn’t the “check in” button really be “schedule appointment”?
No matter how many times you try at different locations and times slots the same error occurs.
As this is the only way to schedule, it seems like the place should be called:
“Urgent care? KEEP WALKING.”

Useless App Possible Scam
I needed information on scheduling a covid test without insurance. Called urgent care clinic listed on head department website and voicemail said to download app for info. Download app and created account, requiring personal data. The only thing I could do with the app was schedule an general urgent care appointment. No clarity on what the appointment was for, what type of tests are offered, or what the cost is for self pay. I couldn’t even cancel the appointment. No one available by phone and no one returned my message. I went elsewhere for my test, didn’t show for supposed appointment, and am deleting app that seems to be nothing more than a scam for data mining.

Terrible app
It doesn’t explain the process at all so I make an appointment and it asks me for a location, great I select a location but later on in the appointment section it doesn’t even tell me the location just the city is or what I am supposed to do. When uploading documents you can’t even delete them and they all are entered as insurance even though I selected ID

This is a scam app
Listen I downloaded this app because it said it was 24 hour care for telehealth appointments. After waiting an hour and 20 minutes this morning I gave up and deleted the app from my phone. 5 HOURS AFTER MY APPOINTMENT REQUEST they call me to see if I still want the appointment. What? Eventually I did get to talk to the doctor and she was very helpful and quick. So overall I think I’d use it again but with the expectation that it’s not 24 hours

Call in urgent
This service is great. Dr was great and they were great with calling in prescription into the pharmacy. I will continue to use for an emergency.
