Outdated and No Tech Support
Does not work on newest IPhone 11 Pro Max. Firstly contacted there support via chatAnd explained how the app would not allow me to make a new user account. Also informed them I needed to make this account to get a Covid test. After 15 minutes of explaining the situation again and again I asked to talk to a supervisor. That’s one communication stopped I called their contact number where the supervisor swiftly answered the phone and told me he would create an account and call me back in five minutes. I really like the idea of this app i didnt need to go outside or to wait in the clinic i creat an account and i waited the doctor to call me and with video chat feature he was able to diagnose my case.
