User Friendly App
The app is really easy to use and allowed me to complete my paperwork before I went to the Urgent Care and saved me time when I got there. I also got my results on the app so I didn’t have to wait there afterwards. It also allows you to consult a doctor from home if needed.

Laughably Horrible App
The worst app i have seen on the app store. Login works 20% of the time and if you try to reset your password you just get an email with a link your email, no new password no way to make a new one. Good news is its not used for anything important like medical information...oh wait
Doesn’t have the location I’m standing in front of
Went to urgent care for covid test they tell me to download this app and as I’m trying to register I realize that the location I’m trying to register for doesn’t even exist on the app, so I can’t finish registration.
Horribly Implemented
Spoiler alert: If you make an appointment with the app, you’ll end up wasting hours waiting for them to call you before finally going in and being told “the app isn’t for appointments.” It’s THEIR app. Why does it have features that don’t work?
App does not work. Don’t waste time.
I registered but it would not let me complete the check-in process for walk-in. Tried several times to no avail. Finally had to walk in to the center. I tried AGAIN at home to register my son for walk-on, but received same error message.
Doesn’t allow you to complete registration
Was told to download the app to use UrgentCare boy only got as far as entering my phone number and there was nothing- no button to continue- no save- nothing. Needless to say it added an hour to my time there because it was unusable.
Stupid, stupid developers and likewise this app
First of all, if you call the phone number provided with the app, you’ll find the mailbox is full.
Next, after driving to the urgent care facility you found online, whose phone mailbox is full, you find you must deal with this app.
After creating an account and making an appointment, you realize that you cannot wait for very long, and you find that you cannot cancel your appointment (see the title of my review, but in all fairness, the developers might have been following the instructions of less-than-smart business people), and when you call (to be courteous) to cancel, you are back at that number with the full inbox.
This app is a waste of time and probably so is the urgent care.

What a shame....
The concept is amazing, seems easy and convenient. But completely misleading. You sign in on the app. It gives you an appointment and tells you to wait in your car till you are called or call if you need assistance. After waiting over an hour I went in to ask how long it’s going to be and they said they are no longer taking appointments (& the app isn’t meant for appointments). Then why did I get a confirmation and a message saying they would call me. We are sick, I know you are trying to help, but your systems should be updated to say this info. Also the website is pretty awful (FAQ’s link doesn’t work, services aren't listed).

I wish I could give it 0 stars.
It is almost like this app was designed to be as infuriating as possible. Does not describe the process at all. It makes it look as if your appointment starts immediately, which is not the case. Does not remember your insurance info. An absolute joke.
Horrified
Terrible experience! Tried to register outside for 45 minutes with no success. I spoke with India several times as the office would not register me. The APP required me to give my Social Security number???? If you are old or don’t have an IPhone, good luck!
