I’ve used this app many times and haven’t ever had an issue. If the video call does not work they will give you a phone call. Have always had a quick and pleasant experience.

I went through the app for a call in service. The doctor called me about 10 mins later and was able to diagnose me and send prescriptions to the pharmacy. It was a very good experience.

I needed a follow up for strep throat and did not want to go into the office. I set up a call in visit and was called back immediately. They put me in the queue for the app and within 5 minutes I was talking to a practitioner. She gave excellent information and reassurance. She asked the right questions and this is a great service.

I felt very light headed to the point where I couldn’t walk and I Immediately knew urgent care would have a telemed visit. I went ahead and scheduled and it went smoothly. The doctor was super nice I asked her opinion on what I should do about work and she highly suggested I should take my 2 days off to rest
