Was decent, now unusable
I have used this app since launch. For some reason the last week or so I can’t even use it. Every action takes forever with the spinning ball. Literally 30-60 seconds for each action I click on. Can’t use it. Have to go back to the web app now.RobWSeattle
Fully featured and functional
With their latest releases the past few months adding the shipping feature and Touch ID, the app control of ECM service works fantastic!
I was critical in post reviews based primarily on these two missing features, but now I don’t see anything wrong with the app. I’ve been using this service over 10 years by now and love the ease of using the app.
Now if I can just figure out how to get ECM scans synced to Dropbox I’ll be set.mbrl

I can check my mail on the go and search through all mail easily with this app.

App doesn’t even understand how to log in
This app doesn’t even understand how Earth Class Mail works. For example, it doesn’t recognize my username. It appears that the developer thinks that all ECM user names are e-mail addresses. Mine is not and never has been. Using an e-mail address as a user name introduces security vulnerabilities anyway, so it’s a bad practice.3 Up

I’ve been waiting for this app for awhile and my early impressions are that it was worth the wait. Great app! All the functionality of the desktop site. I can handle mail on the go and save what I need to Dropbox, shred, or forward easily!Mac4769
