This was a simple process. At first I struggled to complete everything online, I called a representative and she guided me through every step until I was completely done. Staff has patients with everyone and are willing to answer any questions and help anyone with the process. Get life insurance and make sure your loved ones are taken care of the day you leave this earth. Waste of time
Their underwriter asked me all kinds of questions for the Bells Palsy I got from Pfizer COVID vaccine, I immediately responded to their questions with all honesty and to their satisfaction. They still declined my application. What a waste of time!!azvan786
Avoid this company
IF you have even 1 tiny thing on your medical records that even Doctors say is normal and no big deal (doesn’t require treatment or medication) they will deny you. What a joke of a company and a complete waste of time. Go somewhere else and save your time and money. Btw, checked with other insurance co. And not only did they approve me they actually communicated with me within 2 weeks of underwriting. Took 2 months with ladder.nopointinnicknameallused
