With the latest update the app is buggy and busted. Can’t complete anything even when it’s shown as everything answered. Can’t access all content in order. Sone just gets frozen out until you complete the previous one (even when you already have competed the previous one lol). When it works it’s great.

I love the app it has brought me and my lady closer together and it really makes your think out side the normal questions people might ask in a relationship and if there is ever any problems with the app the customer service is amazing and fast to respond even the founder will email you this app has been a life saver!!!!! Thank you Tim for your app

This app is nothing short of amazing it helps me and my partners understand each other on a level that is so easy to communicate with as we are also neurodivergent and talking can be hard for us so thank you!

Great Concept, but Poorly Executed

I was excited about this app at first and then realized two huge negatives: 1. The “free” questions are extremely limited. (Another review also pointed this out.) And the paid version is outrageously expensive. 2. The layout and actual accessibility is awful. I can refer to a quiz I want my boyfriend to take and then it’s ridiculously hard to go back and find that specific quiz. The section that is supposed to tell you what is complete and incomplete is almost never accurate! Really hope that work on all of this!!

To see what you're partner has done the activity tab should show this! If it doesn't please let us know so we can fix it!! 🙏 3. In terms of price... Couply was very expensive to create. There is hundreds of thousands of dollars of work in this product. And we're giving it all... for less than 1 therapy session. if it's unaffordable for you let me know and I will support you. Tim

Broken???

The app won’t refresh. It’s just stuck on week 1, and we have already been passed the point. It’s going to be about 3 weeks soon and the app is still stuck on the beginning stage. Also very annoying that you have to pay to use the other things.

Unable to link to partner so pretty pointless! Just keeps saying “something went wrong - please try later”

Awesome App!!

My partner and I have only been using this app for a couple days and we have learned so much about each other in this short amount of time and even got much closer in our relationship. Simply a tool to recovering and growing in love

Great support!

My wife had an issue with premium and contacted support and they answered within 30 seconds. And within five minutes they had everything resolved. That’s incredible support is all I’m saying.
