No longer works.
I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max with iOS 15.2.
I get the message
“QM-Apai is not supported”

So I purchased the stand mdevice so I had an option to record hands free and the device can move along with recording. Had I had read the reviews about this app I would not have purchased the device. The picture and video quality are just awful. And it’s sad because if you used your own phone camera/video it won’t move because it only works with the app. The only benefit, it’s the right size to record stuff with your own phone, say for example I use mine to show pages in a book. However using the app for any pic or video quality is a no. If someone cares about this app they would revise and consider people who are buying this model, not getting ripped off with the app quality if you care about your business and reputation. NOT at all as advertised
I bought a pair of the Apai Genie Robot Cameramans intending to send one to a friend, so I downloaded this app first to test it. One of the functions I was most interested in is panoramic shooting, the ability to take a sequence of pictures to get up to a 360 degree view. The app has this function in its list of functions but it is NOWHERE to be found in the actual app controls.
Its face-tracking is VERY slow and it could not track me when I tried to circle completely around the Cameraman. It appeared only to be able to cover maybe 45 degrees before it gave up to then try to find my face again or another face by circling around.
On top of these problems, I tried to slide open the battery cover on the bottom of my second Cameraman and it would not budge.Show lessArt Maru

After installing the app. It did turn on but idk wth it was tracking because I was sitting as still as a mouse and it started moving or doing a complete 360. It definitely is a misrepresentation of what is advertised. This is a horrible product and an even horrible company for the lies and deletion of negative reviews on SM! I would give it no stars if I could but I guess I will use it to just hold the phone (which my $2 holder does just fine at smh)Show lessladye0123
Not working at all
Doesn’t want to connect to Bluetooth also once I turn the device on and open the app it blocks saying “pirated devices are not supported” and it closes the app. What is going on????Nikki3455

Works so far...
Just got this today, quick turnaround. When I installed the app, I was shocked by the negative reviews, I got real concerned. I treated it immediately and not only did it work, I was able to connect to my TikTok, Zoom and Facebook.
So far, the quality looks good.
I have a 4 side because it’s battery operated and I prefer a rechargeable battery, Potter than that, works great!!

Press the power button 3 seconds upon turning it on and the A.I. makes everything work seamlessly from there!
The photos and videos simply have a different look since no one is holding your devices.

It worked for about 2-3 weeks. I will be looking right at it and it will start searching for my face. Save your money and buy another productcoach zajac
