Has potential but worthless without a new update
The app works completely backwards with zoom And FaceTime. Think about what you see on your screen when FaceTiming someone. The view from their camera. The unit tries to follow THAT face and not your face with your phone so if the person you are talking to moves their face away from their camera your camera moves!!!
My girlfriend bought 4 of them for family and it was a complete waste of money. It’s still up in the air if she’ll get her money back.Show lessBush8989
Worked for me
Maybe they fixed the glitches, but I was able to go Live on Facebook very easily. It does have some problems with supporting iPhone 11 max. It tipped over a couple of times. It tracks slowly, but does track.Staylor26
Can't Livestream with it
I bought it for livestream shows but it turns out you can only record videos, not broadcast them over Facebook even though it says you can:nicholasjamesthomasma

I have read the reviews stating it doesn’t pair however if you read the instructions it says you don’t need to manually pair it. Open the app wait a few seconds, the app connects to it and you can start recording.

Do not download
Got this app. First time I used it after a couple of minutes the screen went black, managed to get my phone working again. Thought it must be a problem with my phone. Tried to use it again couple minutes later the phone is completely dead cannot get it working now at all. I think the software corrupts the hardware on your phone. This company is practicing disreputable business tactics on social media. They remove any negative reviews from all of their social media and only leave a positive ones. The app makes this product almost worthless the tracking is terrible you can’t take photos if you’re outside of 5 feet. Sometimes it spins 360 and just loses you. Worst of all the video and photo quality drops dramatically when using the app and you cannot use the device without the app. Lastly they say they don’t sell your information but since I bought the device and downloaded the app I’m getting calls from China Japan and Korea every day. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau for their tactics on social media and you should too thanks.Show lessi_cosplay_for_charity
I love this app But...
In the app it shows WhatsApp for live broadcast, the issue is, I would love for this app to work while in a Video call. Keeping it all private of course, having this app to work with the camera while in a Video call would be pretty Amazing. Please add this feature.Dovahkiin_66

Don’t waste your $ or time with this hunk o’ junk!
Seriously. What a waste of $40! After MONTHS of going back & forth with the company, having to send screenshots of how my iPhone 11 max would NOT connect... they finally told me to reinstall the app (since they updated SOME of the glitches, I’m sure)... I’ve finally got the piece of junk plastic to work- sorta. This is ok for a small child to play around with. Period. It won’t stay on track of where I’m at. If I move or walk “too fast”, the next thing I see is my phone turning the OPPOSITE way of where I’m wanting it to go! Very jerky in motions too. Don’t even get me started on the actual App. Omg. Lol. First off it doesn’t have the MAIN #1 feature I even ordered this for! SLO-MO! This will NOT record slo-mo videos!!! Strictly photos (not even portrait mode either) or plain videos, which the quality is downright HORRIBLE! Next, they’re trying to be cool & trendy I guess? They have about a dozen super cheesy “SnapChat” weird face filters. Not even cute ones either. I couldn’t even tell you what half of them were supposed to be? WEIRD. Anyway, I rarely write reviews but this was so bad I had to. At least try to help one person or more save their $40! There are so many BETTER gimble devices out there now!
