Just Brilliant
From day one this app has been just brilliant. I can leave messages using PetsApp and have them answered by the Veterinary Clinic, I can order all my pets medication and have it delivered if necessary and if I need to speak to a vet about any pet concerns, this can also be done via the app. There is a consultation charge to speak with a vet, which you pay over the phone, but it means that I don’t always have to take my fur babies to the clinic in person which I know they greatly appreciate. I can’t rate this app highly enough👍🏻

Fantastic App
Of all the apps I have on my phone, this one has been THE most helpful. The vet has been able to monitor my dog’s condition without us leaving home. Today, after my dogs surgery yesterday, I was struggling to admin some post surgery eyedrops. I was able to get some great tips in the chat and, guess what……drops administered first time. I feel really confident about the support, help, information and advice that I get from the team here. Thank you so very much . Xxxx

Great concept but could do with some improvements
The chat feature is brilliant, it’s so easy to get updates from the nurses. I’ve had issues with the booking feature so have had to call the clinic to book. Also the “reason for booking” options they give are truncated on the iPhone 12 mini so you can’t read them properly.
Regardless of that, the app is all worth it for being able to have a brief chat and get photo updates - love this feature!

Very useful
I’ve been using this app since my vet surgery started promoting it as a way to get in touch with them. So far I use it every few months to reorder flea and working tablets for my dog, thankfully I haven’t needed the vet for anything else.
It’s so much quicker and easier to send a text requesting the tablets than it is to ring and sit on hold or go into the practice itself. I can only hope when I need them for something else it stays as simple! Thoroughly recommend this app.

Really happy I signed up to this vets everyone has been amazing today and first visit. Vet took her time with my dog to gain his trust as he’s a rescue dog and is very anxious and had a bad experience with another vets. Today he had his op and they allowed me to sit with him while they gave him something to calm him. Hannah the nurse was lovely explained everything to me and said I can call at any time or use the app. Everyone Iv spoken too the receptionists, nurses and the vet have been amazing. Thank you guys

Quick and simple
Regularly kept updated as to my dogs condition and well being during his stay at the vets for orthopaedic care and surgery. Far easier to receive instant information from the nurses and staff at the surgery like this than to telephone and possibly prevent an emergency call being taken. I was also sent some photos of my dog through the app and I could communicate and respond via the app to the staff at the surgery.

Brilliant chat functionality
I had a query about my kitten and so I used the chat functionality and I must say I had a really positive experience. My query was responded to promptly and I was given advice and guidance by a nurse (Lili) that really helped set my mind at ease. Using the chat functionality was much quicker than waiting for a call back or a trip to the vets and I would definitely use this functionality again.

Easy to use.
Easy to book appointments. The only thing I’d suggest when using the app to book is to give 2 or 3 availability’s so they can fit you in better.
Also the chat was useful to confirm any messages I received & ask questions when I needed to.
I have recommended the app to family because it’s easy to use & you get a response quite quickly to your chat messages.

Can’t see the need..
While others have given 5 stars, I have to give 1 for effort only here. Registering okay, no problem there, uploading pictures, no problem but editing, no chance. Booking appointments? No chance either. not used the chat function yet, but maybe this will change my mind as my cat is having an operation tomorrow. The vet email suggest downloading the app to keep abreast of progress. We’ll see…
I must be doing something wrong here but maybe it’s just the iPhone and iPad models I’m using. Advise or update from manufacturers would be great
