I've been trying to send money for the past 5 days through Zelle but I get an error saying it's not in use. So frustrating! I'm seriously thinking of switching to a different credit union.bellasake

Not easy to navigate
This update has been very frustrating to use. The mobile app does not show the screen correctly on my iPhone. Also,I didn’t see my paycheck deposit. I called customer service and was told the deposit showed on their end, but for unknown reasons, did not show on my end. I wonder what other transactions I’m not able to see. I suggest the software developers look at BofA or Chase mobile banking—those are much user friendly.Show lesscp-rancho

Confusing and Irritating
I’m not opposed to the thought behind the app but why couldn’t it just be incorporated in the last one? The last one was convenient and looked really good. I hate not being able to check my balance and having to manually go through to calculate it. But it gets confusing to do that even because of all the double transactions that pop up. The idea behind the app isn’t bad. But again, this could have been incorporated in the last app which was more to my liking.Show lessVal L. 98
Great for what it is!
This is not the NuVision mobile banking app! This is strictly for your NuVision cards. Makes it super easy to check balances, see pending and approved transactions, make payments on cards or validate cards for travel. The mobile banking app can be downloaded using the link in on the web version of the NuVision site.Show lessmbuss2
