The Most Useless App
I’ve been with this credit union since the E1 Financial days and this app is literally the first complaint I’ve ever had. What was wrong with the previous app? Seriously this app serves absolutely no purpose especially to those of us with checking, savings and debit cards. What is the point of only showing transactions?Show lessBeardedPagan

Nuvision CS told me not exactly what it is but he said that don’t use the Nuvision cards app.
I can’t understand why they didn’t do anything but told me like that. I already let them know the credit number please don’t do that.Jjjjjkkkkhfudnf
Downgrade so far
So far, I’m able to only see my transactions. I can no longer view my balance of either my checking or savings account. I also cannot see the status of my personal loan nor the balance of that anymore either. I also do not see the function of transferring money from my checking to my savings account. Crap app
I can not figure out My balance how do I do bill pay. Did you even try this before publishing. The worse app ever. I need a working app or I will change my banking Unbelievable a third grader can do better.chopper976!
Worst update ever
I still can’t get into mobile banking app and the number it gives to get support isn’t even the right number then they give you another number and it just turns into a calling number after number game after waiting to talk to someone for almost 30 mins just to have them tell you they can’t assist you here’s the number that canShow lesssavagebams

I read the reviews and didn’t want to download something that wasn’t working. This is a card management app, download the other version that says finance and you’ll be fine.shtsn_its_devin

This is so inconvenient it's laughable. Who thought this was a good idea? How are we supposed to access our bank?? I will be switching if this isn't fixed or changed back to the original. TERRIBLE.
**Update** It's now Monday the 18th and guess what? The app isn't even working now and the website is still down. I will be switching banks. What a disappointment to have something that was perfectly fine ruined.Show lesscstickney
Terrible
So frustrating to go on an a new app that does less than the previous app. I was only able to see my transactions. No balances, no transfers from one account to another. Pointless.vaivao123
WTH??!! This isn't even a banking app!!!??
Since when are members given a 5 hour notice of a major change such as this?! I literally received ONE EMAIL on Friday regarding this change!!! I've NEVER seen such shoddy handling of customer service!!!
