This is ridiculous! Your old log ins don’t work on the new app, you can’t see your account balance, there is no transfer between accounts feature.... what is the point of this app!? Oh and the banking website is completely unavailable.Minion madness 101

You messed up, royally. If there was an emoji that could show just how far back I rolled my eyes at this new app. Frustrating isn’t even the word.

This is not the same mobile app like before. I can’t see my balance, cannot do transfer or do mobile deposit . It’s frustrating to check your account just to see your purchases... bring back the old one or upgrade this appfrustrated acct holder
Changing Who I Bank With
If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Information and actual use of the app is limited, the customer service was terrible when I needed help with my login Credentials because the system didn’t recognize them for some reason beyond me. Other mobile applications I’ve seen are much more ergonomic, efficient, and informative. WILL BE CHANGING WHO I BANK WITH IMMEDIATELY.Show lesstylerlarez

As useless as the company! Check your bank accounts (if you’re able) because you’ll sign up for a FREE account and then out of the blue they’ll start charging you $6/month3lyssa
Someone should be fired
You DO NOT EVER roll out a new banking app that doesn’t offer the features required for its use.
NuVision is “offline” for the weekend updating its systems, and leaving its customers with no access in any way to their accounts.
Yet they will happily add their late fees to any accounts that couldn’t be updated in that time.

Just kind of baffling
Why such the downgrade? Cool, I can see my card, whatever, you’ve stripped it back to the point that basic functions in every other bank app on the App Store are just flat out gone. This would be okay as a companion app, *maybe*, to an already functioning banking app but it’s not.Automated_Responder

Woke up today with my app telling me I can’t login because it’s no longer available —> download our new app. Download it and can’t view balance make payments, etc. Nuvision get your stuff together...SamDogg27
