I can't login anymore.
I keep getting an error when I login. The app frequently logged me out when I was able to login, it should stay logged in and use face ID if it really needs to logout for some reason. I couldn't get app support over the phone, hopefully they'll call me back. I paid extra for this salt monitor, they should really have better support for this, otherwise they're wasting my money.

Needs Face ID
If you’re going to make me log into this app to see the level of my salt, why don’t you make it Face ID compatible? No need to log into an app to check something. That’s not a bank or something that’s gonna steal my identity. I’m just about ready to take it off and just check it manually.
Crap app
App constantly forces log outs, then tells you your username or password is incorrect.
What happened?
The app changed. It deleted all my info and also seems my account was deleted too. I downloaded it onto another phone and noticed my account was gone. Had to make a new account with the same email. This app wants to scan a serial number that is behind my filter, against a wall. There’s no way anyone can scan it well but I tried. Once it looked like it was a clear view, I tapped for the app to read the barcode but it scanned the letters instead and wouldn’t even auto input that. I took a picture of the serial number and the number wasn’t accepted. I wish it would allow us to pick the filters we have and order supplies that way in order to just show up and pick it up. But no.

Incredible App for my Kinetico Water Systems
I am in love with this app to keep all my water systems info on hand and able to check my salt level in the brine tank with my Kinex Salt Monitor. 🤩
