They take very good care of anything you need advice questions health care and they are there for you fast like they would do for their self is how they treat there patients I recommend this for everyone

We love having MyChart that is available for our whole family and helps us keep our records organized. It is easy to talk to our medical teams quickly and safely share relevant information. Additionally, we have a child that has specialist at two different medical institutions and we are able to link the two accounts; which is very helpful.

Very effective in communicating with your family physician. Too often there are lingering questions that remain unresolved until the following visit. It’s a great modern day tool

When trying to log in, the app shows a prompt that says an update is required. That same prompt will forward the user to a page in the App Store that will time-out and show nothing.
This App’s store page doesn’t show any available updates for download.
Cannot get through the login screen to use the app.

Will not update
Trying to login, app says it needs to update. I hit the prompt to update and it cannot to the App Store. Internet connection is good. I deleted the app and downloaded it again. Same scenario, try to login, says app needs update, then app cannot connect to App Store.

I love everything about this app. It makes connecting with my doctor so much easier, especially getting refills on my medicine and setting up visits.
Saddened
My chart was working quite well between partnered happytogether Epic groups. No longer seems to be the case. Not certain what Bronson gained from this as linking is no longer viable and trying to pay bills electronically is a disaster. Not a good move. Hope someone in their IT dept is actually working to rectify some of this issues as the system has some significant bugs.

Very helpful
Mychart has made it a thousand times easier and more efficient to deal with the medical community. The main functions I use are: schedule appointments, renew prescriptions, check on appointment schedules, access visit summaries, communicate with doctor, access test results. These are just the most common functions we use.
It’s very reliable and easy to use. Good job folks, we love it.
