App broken

We have tried multiple times to tell Braum’s that the app won’t allow us to log in. We used to love ordering our fresh market items and picking them up, but for the last several months, the app keeps giving us an error every time we try to log in. We’ve even tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, to no avail.

It doesn’t appear to be an update issue because their last update to the app was at least a year ago. But maybe Apple IOS updates have made the app incompatible, so Braum’s needs to perform an update.

Come on Braum’s. Update your app so it works. You’re losing business. You’ve lost most of my fresh market business. The only thing I buy now is milk because I can run in and out quickly for that. The rest I can order for pickup elsewhere.

Doesn’t work

Wanted to get just a few things and be home quick so I downloaded the app to see what it was like. Upon opening the app it looks fresh until you try to create an account and it doesn’t let you. But thankfully there is a skip option, but wait. You hit the skip button and it will crash the app every single time. It literally just doesn’t work at all, all while looking visually good enough to be a solid app. Just a let down.

Braums doesn’t care about IT.

I guess Braums products are so good, they don’t want or need any extra business. I guess all of their advertising is by word of mouth or personal experience, because other than a Facebook post periodically, no paper ads, no mobile app that works. They need to put someone in charge of their IT department.
The only thing in their website that works well or updated is their career recruitment pages. The rest is hum drum and of no real value unless you want to know about their story and how they make their products.
Um, how about an app that works, a way to get your in store specials out to people. Rewards points?

Exits out every time

Downloaded app and after setting it all up hit choose location then app just exited out, and cud you click back it just exits out again, and even deleting and reinstalling app ends in same result. Would think after so many companies have successfully created online apps that they would have a easy to follow template to create there own.

Technical difficulties still?

I would have given this a 5 star in the beginning. Everything was great! IT’s dropped to nothing now for way over a month. It was very handy having our groceries brought to the car but looks like this was just a dream

Needs to be updated

I don’t know how long this app has been in existence but I got to create an account and select my store and it crashes no matter what I can’t get around it. Until there is an update it’s kind of hard to use something that doesn’t work. But cheers to those that have been able to use it. Wish I could do it.

App closed after location permissions

Decided to download the app since the site was not working, but I couldn’t even get past the login site. It would ask for my location, I would agree and the app would immediately close. I still cannot open it and have redownloaded the app 3 times and gotten the same outcome. Honestly really disappointed since now I will not be going to braum’s(major problem with social anxiety, mobile orders are helpful)

Terrible experience

Went to Braums in Bentonville and had a large order. I saw I could order online and went to the website. It asked for my location, but then the site never gave me an option and so I was stuck.

So I downloaded the app to see if I could order through that. I signed up, but when I entered location, the app crashed. And now, if I attempt to open the app, it crashes.

So I had to go into the store. And I gathered my order for all of my family. When I went up to the counter, they informed me their grill was broken, so they could only do chicken. I got the rest of my family their food and not mine because I wanted a burger. The workers offered me nothing for my inconvenience. After a while, the food was brought out on a tray. A large amount of food…obviously it wasn’t all for me. I asked for “to go” bags and the lady gave me a long look like I had inconvenienced her.

The site is broken, the app is broken and the grill is broken and the service is broken. Extremely disappointing.

Why bother? This app has no functionality or purpose

I installed the app thinking I could use it to place an order for pickup. Wrong. Unlike every app for every restaurant ever, this app doesn't have that feature. Essentially this app is useless. It might be a little useful to view the menu before going to the restaurant, but the app crashes so much, even that isn't worth the headache.

Disappointed in app

I’m truly disappointed in this app. It won’t load on my iPhone after I registered a login. It starts and then disappears. Won’t ever load any thing. Someone needs to fix this because I use apps a lot for ordering fast food and groceries. I’m handicap and the app would make it so much more convenient. Not pleased at all.
