  • This app couldn’t be worse

    Nothing is straightforward. It constantly begs you for turning on notifications and even when you do the pop up’s still happen. It doesn’t allow you to sign in. The sign in process never works. I would rate this app a 0 if i could. You WONT be able to get udrive, coupons, or ViP. Stop now it’s not worth it.

  • Horrible app

    Took me 25 minutes to register it kept saying my card was invalid. Then when I tried to go in, it kept saying my password was wrong so I had to reset my password multiple times finally let me in, but then the card that it said was an invalid card number was the one that was now registered instead of the new card that I had got now I threw that card away and do not have it and I can’t add the new card!! the freebies aren’t even even worth the hassle of dealing with this app save yourself time and money and go to speedway

  • Store finder is terrible

    Recent updates have changed the store finder function. Not only is it incredibly slow to load, it doesn’t list stores, rather only displays the closest one. A list function works be beneficial.
  • The advertisements playing on the gas pumps

    The advertisements playing on the gas pumps are very loud. When there are multiple speakers playing the same content and they are slightly out of sync it creates an echo-like sound. I felt sick to my stomach after listening to the commercials for the time it takes to fill my vehicle. Please lower the volume. We have enough advertising on our lives to not be assaulted with echoing, repetitive ads telling us to come inside. Please help us.

  • I cannot use the freebie coupon

    The sale clerk who look middle eastern descent at the register about 9:20 pm at the UDF off of Dixie Highway in Fairfield,Ohio told me that I couldn’t redeem my coupon today for honey donut or something to that affect which the coupon said that you could only use today on Wednesday since they were no more left but if that is the case then he should have allow me to redeem it for something similar to it like a donut but he did not so I can not redeem the freebie coupon by the way I never get to redeem these coupons that are freebies- I feel like it is a scam and I am going to stop coming to your store for gas and other purchases, I am extremely upset and I would like to be compensated some how like give me another freebie coupon for a donut or juice or ice cream something like that, I purposely came there for my freebie coupon which I can not used and it is going to expire by tonight before midnight so I am really fed up

    Great app, the reward system is great and you can get free stuff all the time, it notifies you as well.
  • POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

    I visited the store on Taylorsville and was very disappointed and disgusted by how I was treated.
    I was there to receive my free mud pie ice cream. When I came into the store there was only one worker that was making the ice cream and running the cash register. At some point another employee appeared and started to help by taking over the cash register. When I finally got waited on I asked for the mud pie ice cream and I specifically said I only wanted the free item, so he asked if I wanted a cup or a cone. I requested the cone. Once i got in the other line and finally got up to the cash register, the lady said that I had to pay .89 for the cone. I told her that I didn’t want to pay for the cone. She was communicating to someone else, who I am assuming was the manager that told her that I had to pay extra. I decided to throw the entire item away and left.
    Here is my point, I already waited in the store for over 20 minutes when that manager that was on the phone could have and should have brought themselves out on that floor and helped to get the customers out. Also, don’t forget customers are always right. It was my mistake by not reading all of the contents for the freebie, however, the fact that I was being harassed over .89 when the manager could have made some concessions, tells me that they are in the wrong business.
