Useless
Never works. Always met with looks of confusion by workers when trying to redeem free stuff on the app and half of the pumps at my brand new station have messed up key pads so you can’t even put your number in. I’m doneDone With UDF
App is not user friendly
Why do you need to tap and open coupon for a $.10 gas discount in store? And have it timed?!? I along with other customers frustrated by this and can only imagine the added work for cashiers. Should be able to swipe U-Drive card or enter alt ID to use discount. After all that only showed $.06 discount. Won’t bother doing that again.Show lesscincygirl30

Adding a card
I can not add another card to my account. Under manage account says you can but it does not add. If you have to call then remove the option and post a number to call.william prues
Wallet support not showing up
Page here claims it supports the Wallet app but there’s no way to add anything to it in the appczrnk90

I give up. The app doesn’t save my login and I am done dealing with it. I’ve never received any rewards from it so why bother?yrrrry
Rude cashier
I went to the mason Montgomery store to redeem a free medium soda and a hot dog . She redeemed both coupons rudely and then told me I would be charged $ 1.48 for the drink. She said it was because I got the larg instead of medium , which I didn’t. She didn’t offer to let me get the supposed right drink size so I walked out without the drink. App is slow and has limited basic usefulness. Store locator not helpful as it does not show accurately nearby locations. Does not even have store hours.Fernporker
