I have been trying to log in this new app for 5 months now. I love UDF I been had a card, but it will not let me log in. I called tech support they said yes we see your information will send an email to reset your password it never came! I go on the app to reset password! IT NEVER CAME! It’s so frustrating. App downloaded- wouldn’t let me register my existing card. Got a blank screen. Deleted app- now it won’t download. Old app just took me to the store for this “new app”

Bring back the prior version!
The latest update is frustrating. First, I can no longer see my card number in the app - only the first 13 digits are displayed. When I take the surveys on the bottom of my receipts, it always asks for my card number at the end - I used to open the app and copy my card number into the survey, now I have to dig out my physical card (which means I’m back to having to CARRY the physical card). So annoying. Also, I can no longer find the map that used to show me where there are UDF locations near me - there’s a list, but I have to open Google maps and type in each address to see where it is, the list is not sorted so I can’t even tell which locations are closer / farther away, and there are duplicates in the list so I have to scroll up & down and compare addresses to see if I’ve already looked up the next location or not. All this makes the location feature worthless- it’s so much easier just to search locations in google maps.Show less2DoUser123
