  • Great app, great water

    The app has had some updates and everything runs smoooooth. It’s easy to change/update orders but I’d say to check it every month or you could be given an extra 5 gallon bottle, like I have. Their customer service is cool too, so call and ask if you have any questions. Love it, 4.8 stars out of 5 :D

  • App never works and always saying contact support

    I can never get this app to work!
    It constantly says to contact support. I’ve had maybe 2x week calls to “support” with “upgrades to more important support” and I still can’t get my deliveries. For months now still waiting for a truck to come by and pick up my 4 glass bottles I keep dragging to the side walk and back in the house week after week. And each week they promise it definitely comes this week just for me to come home from work and still see these glass bottles. Worst service ever 😭

  • No delivery

    My regular delivery was scheduled for Jul 24th. No one showed up. After I called about it, it was rescheduled for the following day. Again, no one showed up. I tried (on hold for over an hour) calling customer service and finally left my number on the recording for a call back. 24 hours later, no one has called. Finally, this morning, I called and talked to an actual human. She couldn’t reach anyone to see what the problem was, so she told me I would get a call back. 8 hours later, no call. I received an email informing me my new delivery date would be Thursday, Aug 1st. However, my online account with you says Wednesday, July 31st. WHEN AM I GOING TO GET MY WATER?!?! If I don’t have it by the end of the day on August 1st, I will be cancelling my account of more than 20 years. This is ridiculous, not to mention horrid customer service.

  • The worst company ever

    I have some bad experiences here and there in general . However this company is disastrous. Their call center is worst . They don’t know what they are talking . They don’t have track of Howmany bottles they take and Howmany to drop off . Drivers are extremely inefficient. They sold this service to me at Costco. I’m gong to complain at Costco too. The trouble they gave me , I never experienced with any company before . PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Simply get water from Walmart or somewhere else!!! I can write two pages in them but waste of my time. I can’t believe it it has good rating overall. I’m sure it will go down soon. Do not waste your time.

  • Delivered right to my door!!!

    I love this service. My back is grateful! The app makes it so easy to add, remove or skip service!! I don’t have to put my empty bottles in the car, drive to the store, take them out of my car, take them into the store, place them at the station, grab a cart, lift them into the cart, push the heavy cart, wait in line, wait for the assistant for the 1/2 price for bringing back the empty bottles, pay, push the heavy cart to my car, lift the bottles into my vehicle, drive home, carry one at a time up my front stairs (usually 3 times). Now all I have to is leave my empty bottles on my front porch on my delivery date, leave for work, come back, and they are right there waiting for me!! I’m usually the one who has to do this as my husband doesn’t seem to want to help with the chore of maintaining the full or empty bottles but loves the taste of it!! As do I and my daughters. I always feel like our faucet water tastes like dirt! Thank you for the service!! I highly recommend!

  • Spring watered delivered to you!

    While at Costco I saw the display for the water machine and bottles delivered to you. I spoke with the sales person who demonstrated the process and explained how easy it was to schedule deliveries. It isn’t easy for me to pick up those 40 bottle cartons. He showed me how easy it was to install the 5 gallon bottles. I did the numbers and it was a win-win situation for me. I had my first delivery last week and I am sold! I have also changed out my very first bottle. A breeze! My only complaint is that I didn’t do this sooner when I saw my neighbor started the service a year ago!

  • Incredibly unreliable water service

    I am deeply frustrated with the recurring unreliability of the water service. This summer alone, we've faced significant water deliveries missed three times!!! As a parent of a newborn baby, this isn't just inconvenient—it's a serious threat to our health and well-being. In the sweltering heat, access to clean water is essential, you guys consistently fails to provide dependable service. These interruptions are unacceptable, especially for households with infants... This service failure shows a blatant disregard for customer needs. We expect better from a service provider crucial to our daily lives.

  • Reliability

    Always appreciate the service is there when requested. Staff work hard to secure water when it’s needed, even if it means tweaking the schedule to fit the customer’s needs. Skipping, adding and adjusting water bottles to match customer’s needs is amazing, and communication with customer service impeccable. Hopefully, communication between delivery person and customer will improve so the process is perfectly seamless. After all, the drivers deserve acknowledgement including tips and proper instructions for requested delivery locations to properly do their jobs!

  • My Water💗

    As I am aging (gracefully, of course) WATER has become more important than even 5 years ago. This Senior Apartment is the EXACT arrangement I was seeking👌.
    Unfortunately, I was not alerted to HARD WATER in this location😖.
    I immediately bought a dispenser, and
    5-Gallon bottles of water at locations in my area. Roughly a year after taking up residence here, I happened to see a delivery truck advertising the waters available for delivery😊
    The rest is a Happy history for me🤟

  • Mostly great

    The app works great and is easy to navigate there is a lot more than water. My complaints are for the third month in a row I am told it will deliver by end of day then it gets delayed to the next day. I don’t think drivers follow the orders very well and often just drop off however many containers you have out. Another frustrating item is items that you order like tea or energy drinks never show and while you don’t get charged asking customer service tells you they are no longer available . So the app in regards to what is actually available is only so so but the product is first rate when it does arrive.
