    The user name and password is not save it on the app, each time that I have to login I have to type my credentials because are not stored

    I have to log on every time I don’t open the app for a couple of days. What’s the point of the “Remember Me” option if it never works.

    My driver has been most reliable and good to see he hasn’t been shifted to another route since I began my service with Costco. I’ve come to rely on him and his friendship.

    My driver/delivery person, Lamar, is courteous, professional and the representatives are always top notch. I don’t ever plan to change to a different water delivery company. For over 15 years this has been my water service and I’m happy to be a loyal customer.

    Works great and has so many options. Love it.
  • Can’t do anything with the app

    I have downloaded the app and it worked briefly, now when I open it I can’t get passed the Home Screen. I see all of the Primo Water companies but can’t move beyond that screen. If there is a way it isn’t obvious.

    Please help or fix the app.

  • Terrible app

    They already had terrible web site. Now they have released terrible app. No way you can find the details of your next delivery. Date only. No way to change delivery details either.
  • Very Poor Development

    This app is released way before its ready. “Every” icon I push to search for products fails. Changing my default order only allows to confirm and can’t cancel changes. Stays stuck in cart. I’d suggest pull the whole app and start over with new developers who can release working products.
