  • Empty bottles credit

    Only thing I don’t like is that I never get the right credit for my empty bottles.

  • The app doesn’t match the information and is pointless

    The apps is pointless. The information on the app never match the information they provide when you call customer service. The app consistently indicates that a delivery is on the way with no balance on the account but then a delivery never shows and when you call they indicates that there is no delivery and there is a balance. What is the point of the app is it’s misinformation.

  • Worst app ever

    This is the worst app ever that I’ve used. No Face ID, the ‘remember me’ doesn’t work, and I have to close and reopen multiple times to get login screen. I continually delete the same products from my order and they are always added back to my next order which is a clever way to try to scam you if you forget to delete it again for the 1,866,567,566th time. I just can’t even tell you how poorly designed this app is. Matches Primo Customer Service.
