You will not be able to change your address via the app due to address routing process; however, if you have more than one address associated with your account you have the option to toggle between the locations. I’ve been on Hinkley Springs delivery service for all my drinking and cooking water for a few years and just started using the app last month. It is so handy, example: I suddenly need distilled water for sinus rinses, per my doctor. I opened the app, added a bottle of distilled water to my order, and it took all of 1 minute to do. I’ve been with you for you for years. You have been so helpful when my machine wore out, by replacing it not once but twice. If I was confused about the billing you are there to help explain it. Your products are great and you have so many things to choose from.
I was so glad to have been a costumer during the pandemic. My daughter had trouble getting K-cups, but I had you and I never missed my morning coffee!
Being disabled it’s hard for me to get my water products inside, but your carriers are so nice and helpful for me. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate your service. Thank you!!Show lessSunshine9159

Great water
Having the water delivered is so much more convenient than constantly having to run to the store. We save money and don’t contribute to the bottle population. Also the water tastes great so we actually drink more!!Lin13825
